The range of radio-controlled cranes is designed to perform optimal maneuvers in limited spaces. Through the use of the remote control, the operator can perform all movements in total safety.

FT water temperature controllers make it possible not only to cut down on the use of electrical power for heating (in fact, the heating elements remain off during steady-state operation), but they also make it possible to limit the cooling power spent on cooling by self-stabilizing through a process called Autotuning. This system also saves resources (water and energy) compared to units without them. They are designed to condition molds and cylinders for various industrial processes, including plastics and rubber molding and extrusion, and in the paper industry.

Most industrial process temperature control units work through the pressure exerted on the water of the process utilities: this is convenient in most “standard” cases, given the higher efficiency developed by the system. However, some critical process issues can make this type of operation difficult: this is the case of machines that leak fluids, or with leakage, and that it is not convenient to maintain on the spot. In such cases, it is therefore useful to work with a vacuum temperature control unit, which sucks in utility water. FTT PD water thermoregulators are flexible and effective systems, which can work under either pressure or vacuum depending on the peculiarities of the system. Any fluid losses are therefore minimized during operations. A simplicity of operation is also ensured by the touch-screen panel, also found on other Frigofluid temperature controllers. Models with an increased pump are also available for users characterized by high pressure drops.

Often the main critical issue for molding industries is not achieving the temperatures needed for their processes, but maintaining them over time. Hence the usefulness of temperature control units that not only send the fluids needed to do the job up to temperature, but are capable of subsequent self-tuning. This is the way FTT DC water temperature controllers operate, which wrap direct cooling to stabilize fluid grades after the desired temperature has been reached. This requires integration with a source of cooled water: a simple well or a chiller or cooling system (chiller or dry cooler). Our engineers are available to determine which cooling solution is the most effective and economical. Not only that. The management of these successive heating-cooling steps is easier when done with a touch screen: a feature with which FTT DC temperature controllers are equipped. The “DESMO” Kit for Angelus 60 L includes A desmodromic cam that controls both opening and closing of roll levers at any speed A desmodromic cam that guarantees the return of the extractor shafts at any working speed A series of seaming levers allowing the adjustment of seaming rolls and very fast changeover with no need of dismantling the levers.

This valve controls water level in high level reservoirs to avoid overflow, without any external control system like float control etc. The valve remains completely open until the closing input is transmitted by the 3-ways piezometric altitude pilot.

The valve controls tanks and reservoirs emptying and avoids overflow. The valve operates by means of a differential hydraulic float complete with regulating levels mounted on the tank side. The float maintains the valve closed and opens only when the minimum pre-set level is reached. Once the valve is open, float allows tank inlet until maximum water level is reached again.

The valve controls downstream flow to a pre-set and constant value in order to limit water consumptions and preserve pipeline fill rate or to set a maximum demand value. The valve is controlled by a differential hydraulic pilot that senses the pressure fall generated by water flow into a calibrated orifice.

The valve closes totally the pipe line when back flow occurs. The valve is complete with an hydraulic control circuit able to regulate operation’s speed during closing, preventing surge.

The digital dynamometer allows making simple but precise measurements of the pressure in every single lower lifters during the adjustment of the seaming machine. The dynamometer is equipped with a detailed instruction manual and a number of feeler gauges suitable for different can heights. The Dynamometer is available in both with metric or imperial scales.

This is a highprecision instrument to adjust the pin height. It can also be used as a scriber, as a gauge for parallel lifters, for distance measurements, as well as an adjustable parallel or support for indicators.

This is an essential onboard instrument to adjust the seaming rolls and the seaming chucks and set them at the same height. It is equipped with a digital and analogue indicator to guarantee precise measurement.

This micrometer is used for measuring the height and the thickness of the seam.

This is used for the manual cutting of the seamed edge.
