PORTABLE INKJET MARKER MOD. FPA2-SMART MOB - MAXIMUM PRINTING HEIGHT 12.7 mm New portable inkjet marker, suitable for marking on porous, semi-porous (boxes, cardboard boxes) in different work stations. Allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date/time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on 4 lines with a total height of 12.7 mm. The marking speed is set directly on the marker keypad and you can always write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are independent and directly in contact with the print head. The marker is equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system so in case of very long machine stops, there is no danger of blocking, but simply replace the exhausted cartridges without further maintenance. The message to be printed can be set by PC in any Word font format. To use it, simply save it on the SD card included in the machine.

The DSL professional inkjet marker is suitable for marking on porous surfaces (cartons, cartons). Thanks to the external ink tank, it is possible to position the marker on automatic lines and save considerably on consumables and cartridge replacement times. The cartridges contain 420 ml. The cost of printing is about 5 times lower than the other FPA2 series markers. It allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date / time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on different lines with a total height of 12,7 mm. The minimum printing height is about 5,4 mm. The marking speed can be set directly on the marker keypad and it is therefore possible to write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are very durable, have a duration of tens of thousands of markings and do not require maintenance. The marker is however equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system. The FPA2-PRO marker is the most professional version of inkjet markers. It allows to write up to 12,7 mm on several lines of printing, even on non-porous surfaces (boxes, bottles, glossy cards, jars, etc.). It can reach a speed of 72 m/min. It allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date/time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on different lines with a total height of 12,7 mm. The minimum printing height is about 2,7 mm. The marking speed can be set directly on the marker keypad and it is therefore possible to write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are very durable, have a duration of tens of thousands of markings and do not require maintenance. The marker is however equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system Thanks to the SD card (included in the package) you can save up to 999 messages, setting them in any size (maximum 12,7 mm) and any Word font format.

The ONE inkjet marker is a professional model but very simple to set up and use. It is suitable for marking mainly on porous (boxes, carton boxes) and semi-porous surfaces (with special cartridge). It allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date/time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on different lines with a total height of 25,4 mm. The minimum printing height is about 5,4 mm. The marking speed can be set directly on the marker keypad and it is therefore possible to write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are very durable, have a duration of tens of thousands of markings and do not require maintenance. Following tests, unlike other cartridges, they proved to be working even after leaving them uncovered for weeks. The marker is however equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system. Thanks to the SD card (included in the package) you can save up to 999 messages, setting them in any size (max 25,4 mm) and any Word font format.

Benchtop labeler for applying self-adhesive labels from a roll. Capable of applying body labels (including 360° wrap-around) and back labels (on the same roll as the body label). Benchtop machine with manual cycle start. The machine enables labeling of bottles, jars, cylindrical glass, or plastic containers. Description and operation: The operator must individually place the containers vertically on the platform; pressing a start button initiates the labeling cycle. The spacing between the label and the back label is easily adjustable via a graduated scale potentiometer. All other working parameters are adjustable through a keypad with a display. An ink printing device (optional) allows for stamping an expiration date or a lot number. Available versions: 1 or 2 stations for cylindrical bottles, 1 station for square bottles. Production: 700-800 bottles/hour.

The machine allows labeling with self-adhesive labels on large cylindrical or shaped bottles and drums, from the food sector to chemicals. It enables working with products of different shapes and sizes with a few simple adjustments. These machines are always tailored to the specifications of the product to be labeled, whether round or rectangular, with one or two label distribution groups. Optional features include non-standard size conveyor belts, pulling motorizations, fixed or rotating accumulation tables, handle centering devices, thermal transfer or ink-jet printing systems. Self-adhesive stations driven by stepper motors for maximum application precision, electronic board for label start signal, precision electronic adjustment of label positioning, motorized top conveyor for stabilizing square-rectangular containers. Production: from 2,000/h to 12,000/h.

Hang tag string, with similar characteristics to seals, are used as alternative articles as well as replacing traditional manual nylon security threads. Optional customisation on one side with die-casting or ink printing. Available in the following lengths: 145 - 170 - 210 - 240 - 260 – 290 mm and others on request.
