ME-FDE SEALERS WITH DOUBLE MOTORIZED PULSE SEALING BAR AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL The new bench sealers with double impulse sealing bar and temperature control, allow the optimal sealing of any type of envelopes and sealable bags. The high pressure exerted by the motorized descent of the bars (0.7 Kg./cm2) allows perfect sealing even on very thick materials. The double active motorized sealing bar (heats above and below) and the 5 mm sealing they allow the closure of envelopes with high thickness, laminated and envelopes with bellows. In addition to sealing polyethylene, polypropylene, coupled paper, aluminum, pvc and medical bags, it also allows the sealing of advertising banners. The ME-FD double Impulse sealers with pedestal incorporate twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 0.5mm material. Makes a 5 mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Ideal for sealing large heavy bags. Also equipped with slide switch to select single side sealing or double sides sealing. By having a foot control, the hands are free to feed the machine. Units come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable working plan and adjustable foot control. The sealing time is adjustable with a timer and is indicated by a light. Easy and simple to operate. No pre-heating required. Maximum seal thickness 0,25 mm. (0,50 mm total).

ME-ASD SERIES with 10 mm DOUBLE SEALING BAR BY IMPULSE WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL Semiautomatic bench sealing machine with electric pedal and double impulse sealing bar with temperature control, (an electronic circuit prevents overheating and allows continuous operation), suitable for closing polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, aluminum coupled bags, etc. The sealing bars are closed by means of an electromagnet with foot control. Timers for sealing and cooling control ensure maximum reliability on all types of material. The "cold closing" time allows the bars to remain closed for a time set by the operator and apply a pressure that reinforces the sealing. Non-woven felt made of biodegradable vegetable fibers, mechanically needlepunched on a PLA layer, without using glues, finishes, seams or filament yarns made of plastic material. ZELLAMID® 1400 PET, Polyethyleneterephthalate is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic polyester based on polyethylene terephthalate. Rigid RIGID VINYL CHLORIDE, PVC belongs to the thermoplastics category and has an amorphous structure, high solidity and a high modulus of elasticity. It has excellent elec- trical properties, especially in the low voltage and frequency field. It is used with temperatures between – 10°C and + 60°C. Up to temperatures of 60°C, rigid PVC is stable against the majority of diluted or concentrated acids. Rigid PVC is physiologically inert. The possibility of using products in the food sector depends exclusively on the type of stabilisation. It is a good electrical insulator and absorbs little water; it can also be welded and glued.

POM is a semicrystalline thermoplastic and is characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties, unaffected by wet environments. POM offers good resistance to a wide range of chemicals including many solvents. Acetal provides high strength and stiffness coupled with easy machineability. POM-C - Delrin is also noted for its high mechanical strength, heat resistance and good antifriction properties. For parts which need to be dimensionally stable even exposed to humidity or wet environments, copolymeric Acetal offers better hot water, thermal and chemical resistance than homopolymeric Acetal.
