Plast Emilia is specialized in the production of cylindrical dispensers of neutral, white and colored polypropylene, specifically for the packaging of salt, flavorings, dehydrated grated cheese, sugar, cocoa, granules and food powders in general. The containers, available in different capacities, from 50cc to 750 cc., and different diameters, from 35mm to 82mm, can also be made for a wide range of heights. All dispensers are then supplied with an extensive range of dosing caps, from the traditional sprinkle lids to innovative ones with flaps, seals or simple closures. We are able to offer you the most suitable cap for your product. ROBUST INDUSTRIAL BROOMS WITH HIGH DENSITY POLYPROPYLENE BRISTLES FOR FORKLIFT TRUCKS Industrial brooms with painted steel structure and brushes made of high quality polypropylene. The high-density bristles are mounted transversely to increase grip during use and are particularly robust and resistant to wear. The brooms are suitable for sweeping yards, car parks and industrial work areas from dirt, waste, aggregates, scraps and even dust. They can also be used to remove sludge from courtyards but only if equipped with the appropriate adjustable metal blade. Forkliftable with a forklift in the appropriate locations.

New battery strapping tool GT ONE ECO with adjustable operating mode according to the application: manual or soft for delicate products. The insertion of the strap is simple and fast and you simply have to press a button to get the tension and the vibration welding (heating by friction). The strapping tool is perfectly balanced, it can be used for vertical and horizontal strappings. It is equipped with a latest generation brushless motor driven by a lithium battery and with a digital display that shows all useful parameters (tension, welding time and battery charge level).

The strapping tool ST IMPA 13/16 is usable with both polypropylene strap and polyester strap (green, high resistance) from 12 to 16 mm. Given the high tightness of the seal it is recommended to use a polyester strap. The breaking load depends on the strap of choice.

Suitable for all types of neutral or printed film (preferably with antistatic treatment) or tubular polyethylene with thickness from 0.06 mm to 0.13 mm or tubular polypropylene with from 0.03 mm to 0.05 mm thick, and cartene normal or high density. Furthermore, with the FP BAG EVO it is also possible to use expanded polyethylene (FOAM) in tubular reel with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. It can use reels with a width of 80-300 or 100-500 mm without disassembly of parts or changing settings. The packaging machine automatically perform the forming of the bag with the upper opening. The filling of the bag and the subsequent closing can be done manually by an operator who starts the cycle of the machine through a button, or automatically by means of feeders, manipulators, weighers. The reel change takes a maximum of thirty seconds. The machine cycle time for the preparation of a bag 200 mm long is about four seconds.

PNEUMATIC SEALER CP 500 Electropneumatic sealer with double sealing impulse bar with (the resistance heat for a few seconds) suitable for closing packaging polyethylene, PVC and polypropylene, coupled aluminum, etc. It has four positions of voltage to the sealing bar, timer for adjusting the welding time and timer for the cooling time. The double sealing bar (top and bottom) welded from 3 mm allows the closing of envelopes very thick, laminated bags and bellows. The closing of the bars takes place by a pneumatic cylinder unit with pressure and pedal control. Maximum thickness weldable 0.25 mm. The CP 500 can be easily oriented from 0 to 90 degrees.

MG 421 SEALING MACHINE WITH CLOSING MAGNET Impulse sealers MG 421 series with 420 mm sealing bar and suitable for sealing polyethylene pvc and polypropylene bags. They have a special timer for adjusting the sealing time based on the thickness and type of material. The MG sealers are complete with a manual cutting unit for the trimming of the sealed bags and/or the creation of bags from tubular reels (if the machine is equipped with a roll holder). The MG 421 series sealing machines are available with bars with mechanical or motorized closure with a sealing thickness of 3 or 5 mm depending on the model. There are also special models in stainless steel and with 2 parallel welds of 3 mm.

With polypropylene it’s possible to obtain very rigid products resistant to high temperatures. The product also has a low dimensional shrinkage.
