The new square size marker for hangers, designed to fit even thicker hooks due to its durability and adaptability. It is available in 80 plastic colors, with the possibility of hot stamping on each side of the size marker. Here are the main features of the product: Shape: Rounded square; Dimensions: 13x13 mm, guaranteed to fit hooks with a diameter from ø 2.3 to a maximum of ø 6 mm. Material: PE plastic, certified for food use. Available Colors: Choose from 80 different plastic colors. Hot Stamping: You can use a single print color on each side of the size marker, with the possibility of up to 4 different colors. Foils used: White, black, pastel colors, gold, silver, and vibrant colors. The printing process involves hot pressing a film onto the size marker. Please note that, despite being of top quality, the four prints may vary slightly from each other. This characteristic is inherent to the hot stamping process and cannot be contested.

The size markers are available in 80 colours (see the Plastic colour range page), with pad printing (up to three different colours on each size marker) and hot printing, with a variety of customisation possibilities. We can produce our standard article size markers in a two-colour version. By combining two colours (see the Plastic colour range page), each individual size marker produced is unique. They are all different because the mix is random, meaning that there may even be ones in a single solid colour. Size marker STANDARD art. - dimensions: height mm 8.19, ø mm 12.4, guaranteed for hooks from ø 2.7 to ø 3.6 maximum. Packs of 1000 pieces in plastic bags containing 20,000 pieces. For sizes with colours/printing that differ from this list and therefore, for special requests, minimum 20,000 pieces per size.

TAMAÑO is a formulation that combines several organic elements that activate the cytokinesis phase on fruit tissues. This product improves fruit consistency and increase fruit size resulting in a more uniform harvest. This product also contains seaweed elements that are rich in alginates, amino acids, vitamins, betaine, gibberellines and cytokines which are all vital elements for the plant development.

Their measuring strokes range from 25 to 150 mm, and their standard resistive value is 5 KOhm. The conductive plastic resistive element grants the transducer a long life (100,000,000 motions), high independent linearity and virtually infinite resolution. The IP65 protection degree against environmental agents allow to employ the potentiometers series PR2S for severe applications, even outdoors, at extreme temperatures. Their measuring strokes range from 25 to 150 mm, and their standard resistive value is 5 KOhm. The conductive plastic resistive element grants the transducer a long life (100,000,000 motions), high independent linearity and virtually infinite resolution. The IP65 protection degree against environmental agents allow to employ the potentiometers series PR for severe applications, even outdoors, at extreme temperatures. The potentiometer PR mounting method is extremely easy: it can be fixed by means of metal clamping brackets, or by the front screw thread. Several fittings are available: ball joint, self-aligning joint, feeler pin.

The small size encoders series RE40 feature great accuracy, compact size and stoutness. The incremental encoder RE40 can be supplied with different mechanical flanges: the type RE40 has 6 fixing holes on diameter 30 mm, while the encoder E40V has a front fixing screw, and the series RE40Q is provided with a square flange of mm 43×43. The types RE40M and RE40S are hollow shaft encoders designed for motor coupling, respectively by joint and by anti-rotational elastic metal support. For all the types the ppr no. ranges from 2 to 12500, with or without zero pulse (RE40 or RE41). The aluminium housing, with axial or radial cable gland, grants IP65 protection degree against environmental agents.

Engineered on the basis of a compact innovative technology, the incremental encoders E30, offer great accuracy and reliability in a small size, and an excellent price/performance ratio. The incremental encoders E30 are available both in the bidirectional version (E30) and in the bidirectional type with zero reference pulse (E31); the pulses per revolution no. ranges from 2 to 12500. Their body diameter measures 30 mm only, with shaft diameter 4 or 6 mm. The encoder E30 is housed in an ABS plastic case, with axial cable or connector outlet. The output signals can be provided in NPN open collector, push-pull or line-driver format.

Hang tag string, with similar characteristics to seals, are used as alternative articles as well as replacing traditional manual nylon security threads. Optional customisation on one side with die-casting or ink printing. Available in the following lengths: 145 - 170 - 210 - 240 - 260 – 290 mm and others on request. The seals tag are made of plastic or metal in generic or customised form and in a variety of shapes and printing colours, background (see the page Plastic colour range) and cords (see the page Cord colour range). The latest-generation one-piece version of seals guarantees excellent quality, exceptional grip and durability. The “security” aspect is guaranteed in all formats. Our round size marker for coat hangers/hangers was improved in 2016 with a reduction in weight and in 2017 with the addition of hot stamping to pad printing, thus obtaining recognition from the National Packaging onsortium, Conai. The production of round size markers for hangers has always been 'Made in Italy' and the continual renewal of the fleet of machines has resulted in “eco-sustainable” round size markers for hangers.
