Seaming chucks and rolls made from tool steel are generally considered the industry standard for can factories, while canneries generally use stainless steel. Other types of steel are commonly used in the production of seaming chucks for Easy open covers, especially for those chucks that suffer from a weak chuck lip.

It can be also used on packages with irregular shape, however a flat surface with a minimum length 150 mm is needed. Works with glossy or blue strap mm. 13-16-19 with thickness max. 0.6 mm. Pneumatic strapping tool with seal for flat and round packages. Suitable for strapping round packages and goods with small contact surfaces. Rugged, lightweight, compact, it is suitable for medium/light applications. Available in three versions: 1500N - 3000N - 4500N. Works with glossy or blue strap from mm. 13 to mm. 19 with max. thickness of 0.6 mm. The strap held depends on the type of material to be strapped and the strapping choice.
