Officine Conterno has a wide range of rotating screens that meet the needs of customers operating in the most varied sectors. AGGREGATES, MSW, BIOMASS, COMPOST, ASHES FROM INCINERATION, WOOD PROCESSING SCRAPS are just some of the materials that our machines are able to sort. In our workshop, we design and manufacture rotating screens of any size and shape; circular, hexagonal or octagonal, set up with screens in wire, grille or polyurethane.

Extremely reliable and efficient machines, our vibrating screens are circular free vibrating machines. The intensity of vibration can be adjusted through the eccentric masses positioned at the ends of the shaft. Available in various versions, from 1 to 4 levels with sieves in wire or polyurethane panels, with or without showering system.

They are circular free vibrating machines capable of working on coarse pieces and at high capacity. Generally used for the separation of fine materials before crushing, the first level is set up with bars and the second, if any, with mesh or perforated plate.

Designed for the supply of medium size aggregates, ALV screening feeders make it possible to separate the fine from the coarse fraction. These machines are generally used for the feeding of primary or secondary crushers. The vibration is generated by adjustable eccentric mass electric moto-vibrators .
