The Alimak Scando 450 range of construction hoists are designed for efficiency, safety and low energy consumption. Utilising a state-of-the-art, microprocessor-based control system, ALC II, the Alimak Scando 450 range solves a variety of on-site logistical problems including long wait times. Available in a variety of car lengths and payload capacities and single or dual car configurations, the Alimak Scando 450 range offers a truly flexible, economic version of the Scando range.

Heating systems for frost protection in cold stores and freezer rooms offer a reliable precaution against frost damages and humidity wherever the natural thermal fl ow is not suffi cient for preventing a freezing of humidity in the foundation. For controlling these heating systems, Klöpper Therm developed a new controller offering maximum safety and convenience apart from the approved precise and reliable control. The frost protection controller can easily be confi gured and monitored via web interface. The integrated wake on LAN function enables the booting up of a PC in case of failures (e.g. in a control room) and informs the operating personnel about the type and place of failures.

The versatile control unit for handling, assembly technology, linear robots The unipos 330 is a universal, modular CNC continuous path control for up to 3 axes (interpolating) in connection with a PLC for controlling most reliable applications for machine construction automation technology, machine tools and special applications. Depending on the design, either stepper motors or servomotors are used as axis drives. Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

An operating column is different for every application, which is why we invested a lot of energy in the design of our SmartLine modular column. The SmartLine operating column consists of anodised corner profiles and aluminium painted side panels. Because an operating column helps determine the look of your service, we offer you the option of personalising your column. The front panel of the operating column is custom-made with specific cut-outs for the installation of your components (displays, readers, scanners, printers, payment terminals, etc.).
