Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

The lifting column for industrial and assembly tables The lifting column SQ consists of a colorless anodized aluminium profile with a cross-section 45x45 mm. The stainless steel tube is guided in a plastic bushing and is moved by a spindle drive. Up to four lifting columns can be connected to a control box and operated synchronously. There are T-slots on 2 sides of the leg (width 8mm). These allow the mounting of crossbars and attachments along the entire length of the column. Up to 4 linear units can be connected to one control box and are operated synchronous with a hand switch. The systems SLA and SLG are used in applications which need ergonomic height adjustable work surfaces. Especially existing work stations can be retrofitted with linear units. The dimensions 35x35 mm and 45x45 mm fit perfectly in steel profiles 40x40 mm or 50x50 mm, which are often used as carriers and legs for work stations. Compared to to the linear unit SLA, the SLG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable. We recommend the SLA and SLG linear unit for industry, furniture and catering. Elegant and mobile The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot. Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces. Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. Strong and slim The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment. With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications. Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.

Universal and compact The linear unit is both a compact and sturdy lifting element. It consists of a linear guide with cylinder. It is installed directly in or on the existing object. This means that several tables and devices can be easily fitted with a single lifting system. The linear units LA, LD and LG can be mounted with the four M5 threads on the profile or using separately available mounting plates. The Dimension 45x45 mm of the new linear unit LG fits perfectly in steel profiles 50x50 mm. The linear unit LG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the linear unit LA with dimension 35x35 mm. The linear unit LH provides the stability and smooth running of the table leg TA. It is mainly used in place of the linear unit LA when large lifting distances are required. Accessories

The electropermanent load lifting magnet traverses TBK4 and TBK6 with automatic telescopic arm allow the lifting and transportation of sheets in different sizes from 3m to 16m. The patented solid steel modules are more heat-resistant than comparable modules made with a plastic casting mass. Only a 400V rated current must be provided to use these devices and they are then immediately ready for use. Through short electrical impulses within seconds, the magnet traverses from ASSFALG are automatically switched on or manually with the push of a button. No electricity flows during load transport and nevertheless, the workpiece is as securely clamped as with a permanent load lifting magnet. With the tip function (inching), even stacked sheets can be separated starting with a thickness of 5 mm. Magnet modules that are not needed can be switched off with the multi-channel control. This means a large magnet traverse system can be securely used for the transportation of smaller sheets.

A system designed to allow for large dimension enclosures with maximum glazing surfaces that guarantee the entry of light to internal spaces and can reach a maximum sash size of 3 metres in width and 2.75 metres in height. It has a frame depth of 170 mm and a maximum glazing capacity of 40 mm. The incorporated hardware allows for a smooth operation when opening and closing and supports weights of up to 300 Kg. per sash

A perimetral sliding door system with thermal breaking and a bevelled or curved style both in sashes and beads. There are two versions: - 4500 elevating sliding that bases its operation on a system in which the sashes are fitted with a mechanism that permits its own elevation whilst opening and descending when closing in such a way that the closed door rests over the top and bottom longitudinal water tightness gaskets allowing it to be fixed in whatever position. Possibility of corner sash meeting at 90° without mullions. In the fixed light and sash configuration, the rail in the fixed zone remains hidden. - 4500 in line sliding (not elevating) allows the sliders to be made economically in large dimensions. The rail where the sashes slide along is made of stainless steel in order to avoid wear and tear.

The Motion06 Vertical Sorting Unit Belt Conveyor is used for the distribution and merging of baggage and general cargo between two or three levels. The belt conveyor incorporated into the Vertical Sorting Unit is height adjusting using a top of the line lifting system with two steelreinforced tooth belts. This maintenancefree lifting system has been tried and tested for decades. It is also possible to use it in flight baggage systems with a container system.
