Combination Adjustment and Release Tool The CART is a specialty tool used to set the torque for all Sturtevant Richmont preset torque wrenches. The tool consists of a grip that controls a small hex key with a larger hex key surrounding the point of the smaller one. The smaller hex key fits the torque adjustment nut and the larger key fits the lock nut that holds the torque adjustment nut in place. Used together, the two keys in the CART make it easy to unlock the torque adjustment nut, make the needed adjustment, then lock the new torque setting in place. Any BLT, LTC, LTCR, LTCS, SLTC, SLTCR, SLTCS, SLTC-FM, SLTCR-FM, and SLTCS-FM preset torque wrench may be adjusted with the CART. The coupling side of the Repico range consists of restraint (tensile) and non-restraint (non-tensile) couplings. Restraint, where the pipe is fixed within the coupling. The economic version is our GLP, for medium pressures in an economic configuration we have the GMP, the standard version is the G type and for higher pressures with bigger sizes we offer the GF. The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut.
