Our product portfolio guarantees maximum flexibility for temperature measurement. The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

With its rugged housing and a stainless steel sensor element, the transducer is particularly robust and ideally suited to the harshest environments. This also means that the sensor can be installed anywhere with no effect on the measurement signal. The built-in instrumentation amplifier converts the sensor signals into noise-immune voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over relatively long distances. For high viscose materials, a front-level membrane M12 x 1 is available, and with this disruptive dead volumes can be expelled. The sensor has a small protected hole on the rear to allow measurement of atmospheric pressure (measurement type relative). For the absolute measurement option, the applied pressure is measured with respect to an enclosed vacuum. As an electrical connection, a DIN 43650A valve connector or an M12 x 1, 4-pin connection is available.

The sensor model 8228 with its measuring accuracy of 0.05% F.S. (for the measuring ranges ≤ 1 bar, the measuring accuracy is 0.1% F.S.) ideally suited as a reference sensor. The compact dimensions, the robust housing and the industrial-grade output signal result in a very wide range of applications. All components in contact with media are made of stainless steel. An integrated measuring amplifier converts the measuring signals directly into interference-free voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over long distances. With the „gage“ measurement type, the pressure measurement is carried out against the ambient pressure, the sensor has a bore that is protected against ambient influences to compensate for the ambient pressure. With the „Absolute“ measurement type, the applied pressure is measured against an enclosed vacuum; this measurement type is available from the measuring range 0 ... 250 mbar. The electrical connection is made via an M12 x 1 connector.

MicroControl’s I/O modules of the µCAN-BOX product family provide the link for digital and analogue I/O signal networking on a CAN bus. The premium electronics of our µCAN modules facilitates connection of a wide range of sensors and actuators. A/D conversion directly on the spot has significant advantages: due to their robust design the modules may be installed directly at the signal source – even in adverse environmental conditions. An additional control cabinet is not needed. The electronics of the µCAN-BOX series is tightly packed in a rugged aluminium casing (IP66 rated) protecting it reliably from dust and water. Signal wires may be connected via metric cable connectors or M12 plug-in connectors.

The series strokes range from 25 to 150 mm. The electrical connection is granted by means of M12 connector. The stout extrused aluminium housing grants a high protection degree against environmental agents.

Thanks to their small size – 21 mm square section case – the linear potentiometers seris PT2S can be profitably employed for those applications where limited dimensions are a critical factor. Two ball joints are provided at both ends for air fixing. The series strokes range from 25 to 150 mm. The electrical connection is granted by means of M12 connector. The stout extrused aluminium case grants a high protection degree against environmental agents.

Compact sized – Ø 50 mm x 48 mm – and stout, incremental encoders series RE50 are specially engineered for industrial use. The number of pulses per revolution ranges from 2 to 12500, with or without zero reference pulse.. The aluminium case offers PI65 protection degree against environmental agents. The connections are provided by cable or M12 connector in axial position; the output signals can feature the push-pull or line-driver format.

Compact sized encoders series REC fit to any application where short body dimensions are required – the case length only measures 38 mm. REC encoders are available with different mechanical versions: with round flange and servo copling (type REC520/REC540), square flange (REC620) or hollow shaft, with (REC450) or without elastic support(REC440). The case is out of strong aluminium and connections are ensured by the connector type M12, or optionally by cable. The encoder with M12 connector output is UL Listed for the canadian and US markets. The pulses per revolution number ranges from 2 to 12500.

Elap encoders MEM-Bus EtherNet/IP can be easily integrated in any EtherNet/IP net, as they comply with all EtherNet/IP interface requirements, according to directives IEC61784-1. The encoder features the encoder profile 22H according to CIP™ protocol specifications.The encoders are ODVA conformant certified, including CIP Sync certification.MEM-Bus encoders are supplied in multiturn version with 29 bit resolution (8192 steps/revolution x 65536 revolutions). MEM-Bus encoders are supplied in multiturn version with 29 bit resolution (8192 steps/revolution x 65536 revolutions). Different mechanical versions are available to satisfy all application requirements: square flanged, round flanged with servo coupling, and with hollow shaft to couple directly to a motor shaft; all the types offer different options for the shaft/hole diameter. The electrical connection is by 3 M12 connectors. Reduced cabling and easy configuration – each slave is addressed automatically – simplify the installing operations. The absolute encoders series MEM-Bus avail on an interface to connect to field bus systems according to the CANopen standard. The encoders comply with standards CIA DS301, DS406, DS 305, featuring the functions of Class 2. They are supplied in multiturn version with 29 bit resolution (8192 steps/revolution x 65536 revolutions). The encoder operating parameters are set directly by the user: revolutions no., steps per rev., rotation direction and preset no. The diagnostic function signals possible parameter, position or temperature errors as well as the battery alarm – the data memory is anyway ensured for a long period (30 years). The baud rate and node selection can be easily set by LSS protocol or by means of dip-switches. MEM40-Bus encoders avail on 3 signalling LEDs for supply state, line and error. The encoder comes with metal housing, round flange, solid or hollow shaft. The electrical connection is by M12 connector. The encoders are UL listed for Canada and USA markets.
