Ripcord emergency stop switch In the event of an emergency, conveyor belt systems must be able to be switched off at any point along the line. That is why ripcord emergency stop switches are required by standards as additional safety measures. FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH ripcord emergency stop switches have a locking mechanism. They are operated by pulling or breaking the cord. The system is reset manually. “Parts for ripcord systems” are needed to safely install ripcords. These parts are designed to suit our ripcord emergency switches and individual applications.

The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.

The PZM-170P mobile handler with a conveyor is designed to receive any grain, seeds, granules, pellets in a granary, grain cleaning complex, as well as quick transshipment of bulk cargo from trucks, trailers and other vehicles to any loaders, ships in the port, on the railway or in any other place. This portable handler can also be used to transfer grain from grain trucks to other transport equipment, elevators, augers, belt conveyors, big bags, etc. We produce a whole range of mobile grain loaders designed for use in farms, grain receiving points, elevators, ports on the railway and just in the field. They differ in volume, overall dimensions and adaptation to different models of conveyors. Portable grain loaders of our production have a simple reliable design. The productivity of a mobile grain handler depends on the type of grain or other bulk cargo and reaches 200 tons per hour. Electricity consumption for reloading 1 ton of grain is only 0.04 kW.
