Kigema applies centrifugal casting to produce bushes, rings and sleeves using all copper alloys covered by global standars: PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, BS 1400 and using special alloys too.

KIGEMA possesses a laboratory allowing testing the mechanical properties of products like hardness, elongation, and micrometer. KIGEMA also conducts penetration and ultrasonic tests and issues certificates of conformity with EN 10204-2.2, 2.3, 3.1B. Additionally, the company has an air-conditioned measuring room equipped with High-quality measuring equipment, which is regularly calibrated.
