The barrel pump's universal adapter fits onto container openings of 30 - 70 mm, closing tightly. The container screw joints can be screwed into the container with the 3/4" thread and lock nut. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

Due to the individual speed control, the Roots pumps of the innovative HiLobe® series offer a nominal pumping speed range of 520 - 2,100 m³/h and can be perfectly adjusted to customer-specific requirements. In general, Roots pumps need a backing pump adapted to the gas flow and which is suitable for the application in order to operate.

A chemical reactor functions as an enclosed vessel where chemical reactions occur. The materials steel and aluminium ensure that the tubing clamp stop-it metal is extremly heat resistant and sturdy. The tubing clamp is available in four different sizes, for hose diameters up to max. 30 mm. The tubing clamp can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

The Reactotherm is a heavy duty processor with an intensive mixing and kneading effect and self-cleaning ability. It is used for thermal processing of a wide variety of pasty, viscous, and fouling products. It can be operated continuously or batch-wise. The Reactotherm consists of a cylindrical, horizontal shell and a rotor with segmented discs and mixing bars. Stationary mixing hooks are attached to the inside of the shell. The close clearance between the mixing hooks, the segmented discs and the rotor result in a high mixing and kneading effect and the self-cleaning properties of the rotor. The inside of the shell is cleaned by the mixing bars. Fouling of heat exchange surfaces and the formation of agglomerates are avoided. The shell, the rotor shaft and the discs can be heated or cooled. The product transport is accomplished by the slightly pitched mixing bars.

Lödige DRUVATHERM® reactors are batch reactors. Rotating mixing elements adapted to the specific process, installed in a cylindrical drum equipped with a temperature control jacket, create a three-dimensional product movement. The resulting contact frequency of the reacting agents with each other leads to a more effective conversion with a higher yield. The high-speed mixing elements ensure high contact frequency of the reacting agents with each other and intense contact of the reacting agents with the heated or cooled vessel wall. This makes reactions in homogeneous and heterogeneous phases possible in practically all combinations (solid/liquid/gaseous). The production consistency can be anywhere along the spectrum of liquid to pasty to lumpy to pourable. High-speed rotating choppers installed on the side of the machine drum perform additional mixing work to distribute the reacting agents.
