Our company produces a different kind of mixed firewood, to get the best result in heating. When different wood species are mixed it is possible to reach each customers individual requirements. It is possible to get fresh or kiln dried firewood in different kind of sizes and packaging.

Natural kindling is split extra thin specifically for kindling sized wood. This wood is aged to allow for optimal drying. Natural kindling comes from hardwoods; it starts and holds a flame extremely well. Kindling usually is made from spruce and pine wood, but it is also possible to get different kind of kindling as well (birch). Packaging is possible either in 20 and 40 l bags or by kg.

Description of Pine Wood Chips: Pine tree substrate materials have traditionally been produced from freshly harvested loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) trees that were chipped and then further processed in a hammer mill through screen sizes ranging from 3/16- to 3/8-inch. The resulting end product contained a mix of particle sizes and shapes, mostly being a fibrous-like material. It was the mix of fibrous particle sizes that gave the material water-holding properties similar to some peat and pine bark substrates. Our Wood chips are from Hardwood.

Why peat pellets: Because they are simple, environment-friendly and much cheaper or give much more energy for the same money – if you prefer.Peat pellets are produced from raw peat – a decomposed biomass of wood and herbaceous species. Peat bog is like big sink of compost – millions of tons of biomass has been accumulating there for centuries.Peat is widely used as an energy source in Finland – more than 20% of its energy demand is covered by peat. For years peat has not been regarded as serious fuel source because of its higher production costs compared with coal, oil or natural gas. But increasing energy prices in recent years has changed the outlook for peat – it has even become a cheaper energy resource.Traditionally peat is regarded as a high ash fuel. But it is not true in all cases. The peat we use for pellet production has extremely low ash content which is basically found in Baltic’s and Northwest Russia.

DIN – Sunflower pellets – ( For heating ) are great for DOMESTIC use and for industrial use. Did You know that sunflower pellets calorific value is higher than DIN plus wood pellet calorific value ? That it ! Most of people do not know that. Sunflower pellets are great to use in domestic and the best is sunflower pellets are 30 % cheaper than wood pellets ! In many countries people do not know those pellets, but with every year sunflower pellets gets more and more popular. Be sure You offer to Your client sunflower pellets and You will be happy You done that!

A grade are high quality wood pellets for domestic use. If You think about difference about DIN plus and A grade You will not see big difference. Mostly what You will see is that You will have ~10 % less costs compared to DIN plus. Even the heat theoritically is less than in DIN plus, but we have seen that many sellers sell DIN plus with the heat the same as for A grade. So, be sure You get this material, because it is really good to heat Your home!

DIN PREMIUM pellets are white pellets. Why we seperate DIN PREMIUM from DIN white ? Because our customers seperate them even there is no such clasiffication in the scientific research. White pellet (PREMIUM) demand is really huge, however, there is not available such a lot white (PREMIUM) pellets in the market. Even DIN white = DIN PREMIUM , the ONLY difference is the collor ! Everyone should understand that. Within last 2 + years more and more clients understand that and there will be time when DIN white will be hard to get as it is with DIN PREMIUM . As market for pellets grows exponential the same is with demand. That why DIN PREMIUM are not so easy to get for good price ! DIN white is for domestic use. And don`t forget – It is NOT a collor, it is how much heat You get.. !

Our pellets melting temperature is elevated from 800 0C to 1200 0C, an ash content of 4-7%. Used EUR and EPAL palette are full-value pallets that do not differ much from the new ones and are categorized into several categories. They bear signs of partial wear, sometimes mild, light or partially gray. More worn EUR and EPAL pallets are mostly darker in color (gray, brown, dark brown) and may contain individual features that have been used during the lifetime of these pallets for repair. However, this wear does not affect the pallet’s overall functionality and does not affect its quality. The used EUR and EPAL pallets meet all qualitative requirements and are more attractive to new pallets.

The standard pallet label is used for the most commonly used 1200x800mm pallet size. Unlike EUR pallets, whose production parameters are specified in detail, standard pallets may vary in height, load and construction. These pallets are suitable for customers who do not need EUR pallet or do not require loads such as EUR palettes. Last but not least, these pallets are suitable for buyers who save their goods and products on these pallets and the pallet does not return them. The approximate load capacity of these pallets is approximately 800 kg.

The EUR pallets are 1200x800mm and are currently the most widely used type of interchangeable pallets in Europe. The dimensions are based on the international standard module of the 400x600mm packing unit. EUR pallets can only be manufactured by certified manufacturers and must be identified by the manufacturer’s numeric code. The production of EUR pallets is subject to stringent standards, so the palette marked with an EUR sign on the side of the pallet is a guarantee of undeniable quality. The EUR palette carries these characters, the EUR mark on the right side (block), UIC – the sign of the railway undertaking approving the railway transport on the left side (block) and the middle block with the manufacturer’s code number, the IPPC tag and the pallet manufacturer or pallet repair. From 1 January 2010, all new EUR pallets must be heat treated and labeled according to ISPM 15 international phytosanitary treatment.

he EPAL pallets have a dimension of 1200x800mm and are the world’s most widely used pallet type and their share of the Czech market is constantly growing. Manufacturers of these pallets must be registered with the European Pallet Association and must own the production license of this organization. EPAL puts the greatest emphasis on the quality of new and repaired pallets under this license. The EPAL palette carries these characters, the EUR mark on the right side (block), the EPAL on the left side (block) and the middle block with the manufacturer’s code number, the IPPC mark and the buckle manufacturer’s or pallet repair. From 1 January 2010 all new EPAL pallets must be heat treated and labeled according to ISPM 15 international phytosanitary treatment. The new EPAL pallets are manufactured on the basis of ČSN 269110 and UIC 435-2, specifying all technical details, permissible wood types , types of nails, their spacing, etc.
