A new MSA213C high-resolution absolute sensor from SIKO is a perfect solution. It not only supplies the absolute position at any time without referencing and without requiring a backup battery, but thanks to its small design and many different interfaces, it can also be integrated into the system and control environment with very little effort.

The Lascar SGD 70-A is an advanced 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display designed for use with PanelPilotACE Design Studio. This powerful display offers a wide variety of hardware interfaces, including four 16-bit bipolar analog inputs (up to ±40V dc), eight digital input/output ports, two alarm outputs, four 8-bit PWM outputs, PID control, Ethernet FTP for recorded data, multi-channel data logging and trend graphs, serial RS232 and RS485 and an additional add-on board to measure temperature.

In the field there is a frequent need to measure sensor readings rapidly and easily right at the sensor and to transfer them directly to a PC without additional amplifiers or converters. The IMX12-CCM (Cabinet Condition Monitoring) can be installed in virtually any cabinet or any protective enclosure to ontinuously check the current protection degree there - even retrospectively. Our wireless SureCross system enables simple and fast transmission of process data from the field to higher level control systems. In both versions, DX70 for simple cable replacement as well as in DX80 for a complex network, gateways communicate through radio signals with the nodes in the field and transfer the signals of the field devices to the controller.

The modules of the IMSP series are connected before the interface devices and provide reliable protection against voltage surges. The only 6.2 mm wide DIN rail devices are IP20 rated and can be used in the Ex and non-Ex area. Among other things, modules are available for surge-protected connection of analog signals (e.g. for analog signal isolators and temperature measuring amplifiers) as well as for connecting binary signals from switches or inductive and capacitive sensors.

We offer the appropriate interface device for separating, forming, processing, converting and conditioning analog signals. Everywhere, where digital signals must be electrically separated and processed or current and voltage limited power supply is needed, our interface devices are used such as isolating switching amplifiers, solenoid drivers, relay couplers and rotation speed monitors. The BL ident® interfaces are obtainable as a set together with the gateway and one to four RFID modules in IP20 or IP67. Also available are interfaces for connection to PROFIBUS-DP, EtherNet/IP™, Modbus TCP, DeviceNet™, PROFINET, CANopen und EtherCAT®. A maximum of 16 parallel operating channels are possible. Programmable gateways enable distributed and fast signal processing. Alternatively, the BL compact series offers customized interfaces in the form of compact, fully potted IP67 components.

RetailConnect - the universal tool for data conversion from any source. Irrespective of device and version the integrated communication driver ensures smooth transmission. Flexible, robust and unique as regards the integration. RetailConnect allows communication between host systems and terminal equipment. Bidirectional transfer of master data and transactions (recordings and sales) is possible via RetailConnect. Transfers can be started time-controlled or via trigger file. RetailConnect is run capable as a service or manually as command line program.

The compact pressure transponders consist of a digital, extremely robust D-line pressure transmitter and a passive RFID module. They obtain their power from the reader and therefore do not require a power connection or battery replacement. The 21D RFID transponders are therefore perfect for convenient on-side reading of instantaneous values, e.g. during inspection tours or safety checks on large vehicles.

The capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is an industrial-grade, capacitive sensor system for displacement, distance and position measurements. Consisting of a sensor, a sensor cable and a controller, the measuring system is ready for use without any on-site calibration. Due to its very good temperature stability, immunity to magnetic fields and robust design that is protected to IP68, the capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is used for industrial measurement tasks such as air gap measurement in generators and regulation of plant and machinery.

This USB interface PCB enables you to connect easily the infrared temperature measuring device of the DM301 series to the PC.

The K-102, K-102I, K-103-A and K-107-B interface converters enable communication between KELLER devices with an RS485 interface and a computer via RS232 (D-sub connector).

The K-404-T interface converters enable direct communication between D-line products with an I2C interface and a computer via USB.

The K-114 interface converters enable communication between KELLER devices with an RS485 interface and a computer via USB.

The MDS-40-LP sensors are specially designed for large volume production from 2,000 pieces or more. As these sensors are reduced to pure measurement technology, the creation of cost-effective PCB sensors was possible. Their flat design and flexible arrangement of the magnets allows easy integration in restricted spaces. Measured values are output via a rectangular signal, which is easily evaluated via, for example, digital inputs from micro-controllers.

Micro-Epsilon offers a comprehensive range of capacitive displacement sensors. These capacitive sensors are used for displacement, position and also for thickness measurements. Different sensor designs enable optimal integration into machines and systems. The capaNCDT sensors achieve best values in terms of linearity, temperature stability and resolution. While sub-micrometer precision is reached in industrial environments, even sub-nanometer accuracy can be achieved in clean environments.
