The drills bits that we offer are the best on the market in proportion to the cost-effective ratio. They are used by the largest printers and processors. Ensure the regular lubrication of the drill bits, which will thereby extend their life and reduce grinding frequency. Wax papers are used for routine lubrication when drilling.

Our drill bits for tire mold cleaning are high speed steel cobalt (Hss/Co) and have undergone a special heating process that makes them specifically suitable for the drilling and cleaning of vent holes in both steel and aluminium tire molds. Diameter range: 0.4 mm – 3.0 mm (for side walls drilling and agro tire molds); Helix range: 10 mm – 350 mm (tire mold deep drilling); Length range: 40 mm – 400 mm (extra long drills); Standard or Parabolic helix geometry.
