Teknova washing liquids; they are designed to be used in modern web offset, sheet offset and flexo printing machines, manual and automatic washing units. They offer a strong cleaning performance. They are sensitive to human, machine, and environmental health with the preservatives in their formula. They have the international Fogra quality license.

The products are manually placed on the conveyor belt, printed from above and collected at the end of the system. The portable system is equipped with a Wolke m610 Touch thermal inkjet system. An upgrade to a manual serialisation system with b+b Linemanager and Full Vision System is optionally available. The conveyor belt is driven by a powerful stepper motor with constant speed. The conveyor belts are provided with crossbars at regular intervals to achieve constant product guidance and thus a consistent print result. The distance between the two toothed belt conveyors can be easily adjusted in order to process different product widths. For processing slightly slanted products, the positions of the crossbars can also be adjusted to each other.

Offset printed box It is produced by making high quality color printing on fancy paper or cardboard type material called American bristol. The designs made for you on American bristol cardboard can be printed in CMYK or Pantone colors. After printing, the outer surface of the American bristol cardboard is coated with glossy or matte cellophane in order to protect the print on it and to use the box for a longer time. Gilding and lacquer printing techniques can also be applied on the offset printed box.
