Low width flexible flat cables, Picoline®, are made with flat copper conductors insulated with a polyester tape. They have been designed for airbag rotary connectors used to release the driver’s airbag housed under the steering wheel. They have the following advantages: reduced friction due to round external profile, less noise in the cassette. They can be punched to facilitate positioning Picoline® can be overmoulded. Picoline® low width flexible flat cables are mainly used for automotive applications.

VVK, V.Valiuškio company has two factories in Kaunas and Siauliai. Manufactured zippers have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate, which certifies that products are not dangerous to human health and the environment. Zippers are tested annually in Intertek laboratory. We produce all kinds of zippers according to customer specified length, color, and amount, as well as strings of polyester and cotton. Zippers functions: tape plus slider (T+S), closed (C/E), open (O/E), open 2 sliders (O/2S), closed 2 sliders X (Xtype), closed 2 sliders O (Otype), closed 2 sliders R (Rtype), pin / box.

PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability.
