Our olives are organically grown and processed to maintain their taste and nutritional value.

Pure Olive Oil is obtained as a result of the mixture of refined olive oil and a certain amount of extra virgin olive oil by physical methods. It is not chemically processed. Its free acidity level of at most 1%. Recommended for all kinds of hot or cold meals as well as for cooking and frying.

The term mono-cultivar, in fact, has a Greek root, "monos" meaning unique and "cultivar" referring to the crop. Mono-varietal evo oil is highly prized because, since it comes from a single crop, it is not produced in large quantities and, above all, is greatly affected by the weather conditions of the year.

Kristal Olive Oil is a genuine blend of extra virgin olive oil from the North Aegean Coast and refined olive oil manufactured at our facilities. When we compare the olive oil produced in this way with other olive oils, it can be said that it is richer in terms of the values used in production.Olive Oil does not contain any additives and preservatives, Free fatty acid in olive oil up to 0.8%. This is the traditional method of production and the product is extremely natural and healthy. In contrast to the traditional olive oil production model, the production with a 2-phase decanter and 3-phase decanter is an extremely modern production model.The remaining core, shell and pulp, after the squeezing of the olives, constitute the wastes in the pyrina decanter model.
