VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINES DZ 500 T - BIG CHAMBER Bench vacuum packaging machine with front sealing bar, made ​​of stainless steel (AISI 304), equipped with digital panel and electronic volumetric sensor that assures a steady control of vacuum. The bigger chamber with rounded lid allows the packaging of products with max. eight of mm. 180 and the vacuum pump from 20 m3 / h. ensures high productivity. Also available DZQ with gas inlet valve (modified atmosphere). Vacuum machines can be equipped with gas injection system (MAP). Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The double sealing bars with a width of 10 mm. and compressed air closure ensure perfect sealing on any type of material, even of high thickness. The bars are closed by means of a double button command (dual safety control). The sack support surface is adjustable. Thickness max. bag mm. 0.20 (0.8 total with bellows) By means of selectors and potentiometers it is possible to set the "sealing", "empty time" and "gas injection time" functions. The machine is equipped with two nozzles which, when the vacuum option is activated, descend into the bag and perform suction.

Typically, the ASCO CO2 Gas Dosing System is used together with water desalination plants. SMLD 300G, THE FLEXIBLE ONE With a minimum grid width of 6 mm, the SMLD 300G is very space-saving, while offering maximum flexibility. These micro valves are suitable for a wide range of viscosities and are available in many configurations. Valve holder with integrated heating can also be combined with it. The internal volume is 65 µl. The R (Resistant) type offers crucial benefits in regards of corrosion and the handling of aggressive medias, compared to SMLD 300G, but remains fully compatible in size and function for all SMLD products and components. A gas spring has a container of compressed Nitrogen gas with Piston Rod , Bush, Rod Rings, Valve etc. The Gas Springs are used in Cold Stamping industry to form, cut and fix the sheet metal inside the die. Many auxiliary materials are used for different purposes in the gas spring. Rod wiper, rod guide and rod seal are used on the inner surface of the bush. The purpose of the rod wiper is to prevent the oil and chips in the die from entering the gas spring. The rod guide is used to carry the load in case of axial force on the rod during use. The most important auxiliary material for sealing is rod/piston seal. It directly affects the performance of the product by keeping the gas in the gas spring.

PGK is a valve locking device made of polycarbonate and used to restrict access to the valves of taps supplying gas or water. The product consists of two parts that are installed on the tap. To attach the locking device, it is required to put the sealing rope through the special holes on the locking device. The process should be completed by installation of a rotary or latch seal which is securely fastened with a cable to the blocker and also prevents the chance to remove the locking device without any visible signs of damage to the seal.
