PCB depanelization is a process step in the production of large-scale assembly of electronics. To increase the throughput of printed circuit board (PCB) and surface mount (SMT) production lines, printed circuit boards are often designed to consist of many smaller individual printed circuit boards that will be used in the final product. This PCB cluster is called a panel or multi-block. The large panel is broken or "depanellated" as a process step - depending on the product, this can be right after the SMT process, after the in-circuit test (ICT), after soldering through-hole components, and even just before the final assembly of the PCBA in the enclosure.

ARKPEEK-CF30: 30% Carbon Fiber + 70% PEEK Carbon fiber reinforcement lends the material a high level of rigidity and creep strength, high mechanical strength and heat conductivity values. ARKPEEK-GF30: 30% glass fiber + 70% PEEK Glass filled PEEK exhibits increased mechanical strength and high rigidity. ARKPEEK-MOD: 10% Carbon Fiber + 10% PTFE +10% Graphite high performance engineering plastic with product characteristics including excellent sliding and abrasion & wear resistance, high mechanical.

WIWOX® CORUS HD ultrasonic systems have been specially designed for cleaning high-quality moulds and precision tools. In maintenance these replace the labour-intensive and often ineffective manual cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all metal moulds, in particular tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing as well as aluminium and gravity die casting. A typical structure consists of three stages: 1. cleaning, 2. rinsing and 3. passivating. The usable dimensions are matched to common mould sizes. The workpieces to be washed are placed in the tank either with the aid of a washing basket or with a lifting beam. Our ErgoStation is recommended for manual rinsing, drying and post-treatment. The working area is completely enclosed, brightly illuminated and ventilated. Operation is safe and simple, as the moulded parts are loaded laterally through a sliding door and held by a lifting device during treatment.

SPIROL manufactures several different types of Moulded-In Compression Limiters that are designed to be installed into the plastic assembly during the moulding process. When moulding Compression Limiters into the plastic assembly, the moulding time is increased as the operator or a pick-and-place robot must load each Compression Limiter over the core pin(s) prior to closing the mould cavity. Precise placement of the Moulded-In Compression Limiter over the core pin is required; otherwise mould damage can occur. As a state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding company, we guarantee the highest standards of quality. The thermoplastic granules, with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm, are carefully sucked into a hopper and then heated to high temperature. The molten, malleable material is then injected into the mould, selected according to your specifications. Our high-precision injection moulding machines apply high pressure to allow the plastic to spread evenly in the mould, giving it its final shape. In just a few seconds, the part cools and solidifies, ready to be ejected into a recovery bin.
