To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option. Tongue and Groove Panelling The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request. Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”. Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Our Moisture Resistant Wall Panelling Packs sit in the middle of our Basic, Better, Best approach to Shaker Wall panelling. Each of the MDF Strips is cut from good quality MR MDF and cut on a modern, semi-automated beam saw. This ensures clean cuts with zero edge chipping. Naturally, our Moisture Resistant wall panelling packs are suitable for high moisture areas such as Kitchen and Bathroom Shaker Panelling. However, MR MDF is also less prone to fibre lift and will require less edge sanding compared to standard MDF. This time saving benefit means you will need to put in a lot less effort into getting a great finish. This product’s reduced preparation time makes it perfect for all panelling projects, especially Wall Panelling for Bedrooms. To enhance your bedroom wall panels we also offer a range of dado rails and even wall panelling shelves.

If you are looking for an inexpensive Shaker Wall Panelling solution, look no further. Our Low Cost Wall Panelling Packs provide a cost effective way to add beautiful, traditional style, wall panelling to your bedroom or other rooms around your home. Suitable for DIY’ers with basic skill levels, and very popular with contractors, our multi packs are available in a choice of thicknesses (6mm, 9mm or 12mm), a choice of widths (50mm, 75mm or 100mm) and choice of 1220mm, 2440mm or 2950mm long, strips. Despite the prefix “low cost”, we only use the highest quality Standard MDF as this ensures the minimum amount of sanding between coats. This, in turn, will you to achieve the best possible finish with the minimum amount of effort (honestly, this does make a difference).

Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.

This ensures each of our cabinets is perfectly square and allows allows us to include rebated corner joints and rebates for back panels. This provides an added detail to the front face/edge and helps towards exceptional rigidity. Our cabinets are supplied fully assembled with a glued and screwed construction and feature a solid, 18mm thick, back panel, each adding to the superior strength, and overall rigidity of our cabinets. This method also avoids the use of any unsightly, “cam and dowel fixings often seen in in cheap. high volume carcass production. To ensure our high quality, Birch Plywood Wall Cabinets are the best they can be, the internal face of each panel is lightly sanded and the visible, forward facing edges are sanded to silky smooth finish, ready for lacquering.
