CF SERIES - CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HEAT SEALERS WITH PEDESTAL AND FOOT PEDAL ( for multi-layer bags) THE CF SERIES of constant heat sealers with pedestal and operated by foot pedal, are ideal for sealing bags made of compunds, multi-layer films, co-extruded films, OPP, heat-sealable cellophane. It is not suitable for polyethylene films. Being operated by foot pedal, the hands are free to feed the machine. The sealing jaws of the type "hot bar" are equipped with resistance and temperature controller for controlling the temperature from 30 ° C to 200 ° C. The temperature of the sealing jaws is adjustable according to the type and thickness of the material to be sealed, and is kept constant by a heat thermo-regulator. The maximum sealable thickness, that always varies according to the type of sealable material, is 0.25 mm. (50 mm. total). The lateral riser support is an accessory for a terrace pedestal allowing to laterally close a terrace on plot. The covering support fits onto the base of the pedestal in order to carry out the vertical installation cladding for the pedestal of your raised terrace. This accessory is used in addition to the slab plate to be placed on the head of the pedestal to maintain the coating used for closing the structure. The lateral riser support is compatible with the following pedestals 60/90 mm slab pedestal, 90/150 mm slab pedestal, 150/260 mm slab pedestal. The adjustable slab pedestal is a support for making the foundations of a terrace raised. It is placed directly on a soft and stable ground without requiring fixing. The slab pedestal can be adjusted to the nearest 150 to 260 millimeter using the red screw. The head of the paving pedestal has 4 lugs which ensure that the slabs are held in place. Their place defines a regular spacing between each of them. The slab pedestal can accommodate a slabshaped coating whether it is tiling, ceramic or gratings. Use only a coating measuring 2 cm thick at least. To define the number of pedestals required, 4 pedestals are needed for 1 slab. Thus, the pedestals are position cladding tiles for terrace at each angle. If you use tiles of large dimensions, it is possible to place an additional stud in the center of it by cutting the dewclaws on the head.
