PNEUMATIC SEALER CP 500 Electropneumatic sealer with double sealing impulse bar with (the resistance heat for a few seconds) suitable for closing packaging polyethylene, PVC and polypropylene, coupled aluminum, etc. It has four positions of voltage to the sealing bar, timer for adjusting the welding time and timer for the cooling time. The double sealing bar (top and bottom) welded from 3 mm allows the closing of envelopes very thick, laminated bags and bellows. The closing of the bars takes place by a pneumatic cylinder unit with pressure and pedal control. Maximum thickness weldable 0.25 mm. The CP 500 can be easily oriented from 0 to 90 degrees.

The ME-FD double Impulse sealers with pedestal incorporate twin elements (top and bottom) for heavy-duty applications and can accommodate up to 0.5mm material. Makes a 5 mm wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Ideal for sealing large heavy bags. Also equipped with slide switch to select single side sealing or double sides sealing. By having a foot control, the hands are free to feed the machine. Units come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable working plan and adjustable foot control. The sealing time is adjustable with a timer and is indicated by a light. Easy and simple to operate. No pre-heating required. Maximum seal thickness 0,25 mm. (0,50 mm total).

Insulated glass spacer bars are designed depending on the demands of glass manufacturers. Features Allows adjustment of spray direction over a range of 50 degrees as desired. [Metal type] Withstands pressure design. Available from 1/8″ to 3/4″ in pipe connection sizes. Use UT-S303 (stainless steel 303) at pressure under 15 MPa (ca. 150 bar), UT-B (brass) under 4 MPa (ca. 40 bar). [Plastic type] Lightweight, high seal performance. Spray direction is adjustable while spraying (up to 0.3 MPa, ca. 3 bar). Use UT-FRPP at pressure under 1 MPa (ca. 10 bar, at room temperature). Cautions for both types: Do not use under conditions where water hammer or sudden change of water pressure occurs. For use with KB and KKBP series nozzles, a different type of UT Ball Joints are required. Inquire with us for details. Applications Accurate nozzle alignment is possible after connected to a pipe. Where large changes in spray direction are required depending on nozzle application such as cleaning and air blowing.
