As high-performance plastics, we mainly use PTFE with various fillers such as bronze, glass fiber or carbon. For special applications, we also offer sealing rings made of PAI or PEEK.

Any existing crowner can be converted to use RipCap or RingCrown caps, with easy and quick change over from one cap type to the other. RingCrown Technology comprises equipment that can be run at the same speed and efficiency as a crowner, up to 60,000 bottles/hour. The equipment consists of a sorting hopper located above the crowner to orientate the cap. The cap chute to move the cap to a cap applier. The cap applier to place the cap to a bottle. RingCrown sealing heads to crimp and seal the cap to the bottle. Finn-Korkki has been designing and manufacturing ring crown cap equipment since 1979. We supply customers with ring crown cap equipment, a supervised installation and operator training when necessary. Thanks to special sealing heads and equipment, metal and plastic bottles can be sealed with ring crown caps. The sealing is at a very low top pressure to prevent the aluminium bottle or plastic bottle from being deformed during sealing.

Tabletop manual bag sealers with manual closing and electromagnetic block. Impulse heat sealing (the resistance heats for a few seconds) with timer for adjusting the sealing time and a timer for adjusting the cooling time. So far the most widely-used and effective method for creating a leak-tight, robust joint between ceramic and metal is by brazing . A thin layer of metal deposited on a ceramic part enables brazing between ceramic and metal part that h as a different coefficient of thermal expansion. A layer of Molybdenum-Manganese is deposited with a typical thickness of 8 to 30 µm after sintering. The metallized surface receives a secondary coating of nickel to seal and improve wettability for later brazing. The Acme X Seal is a versatile smooth ribbon pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material. The design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal spring insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut. The seal can be manufactured with a Short Tag (ST) or Long Tag (LT) in three different lengths and with a 2mm diameter ribbon making this seal ideal for most applications particularly where there are small sealing apertures.
