Preparation system for granulation (PSfG) is our proprietary solution whose task is to stabilise and maintain the moisture content of the material fed to the granulation section at a level of ± 0.5% and to dose an appropriate amount of binder (e.g. corn meal), which significantly impacts on improving the physical and chemical properties of the final product. Stable moisture content and the addition of the proper amount of binder have a key impact on obtaining and maintaining high quality parameters of the pellets produced, such as: calorific value, hardness, strength, amount of ash after burning and dust content in the pellets. Proper moistening and maintaining the humidity of the sawdust at the required level greatly facilitates the compacting and binding of the material particles into granules, and thus enables to achieve a uniformly high quality of granules.

The range of our products includes control cabinets enclosures for indoor and outdoor applications only from the most reputable European brands. Our cabinets are equipped with 3 mm thick mounting plates which allows us to mount even the most demanding equipment without losing the flexibility of the plate. The skeleton construction of enclosures based on closed profiles allows their unlimited expansion and joining switchboards in series. The devives used by us in every switchgear is feature durability and compactness. These are exclusively products of market-leading manufacturers such as SIEMENS, SCHNEDIER, Rittal or EATON. Besides, depending on their location, we install heating or cooling systems in each cabinet. We offer our clients a comprehensive service, starting from the design and construction of a control cabinet through its installation and commissioning.

The mechanical counterflow cooler for pellet is designed to cool hot pellets by means of a counter-flow stream of cool air which enters the cooler chamber from the bottom through the inlet at the bottom of the device and leaves it through the outlet located at the top of the cooler. An corresponding layer of material is maintained in the cooling chamber which is fed through an inlet sluice located in the upper part of the cooling chamber. When the maximum filling level in the cooler is reached, the sensor activates the discharge grate, which cyclically discharges the cooled product into the discharge hopper until the rated minimum level is reached. The minimum and maximum fill levels in the cooler chamber is regulated by manually adjusting the position of the fill sensors. In the lower part of the cooler, there is a discharge mechanism which ensures even removal of material from the cooler chamber.

The capacity achieved naturally depends on the number and power of the machines and equipment comprising the production line. Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.
