Hotmelt polyester strapping is substitute product of strapping in the past called „Weatherguard“. Since Weatherguard was manufactured with cold glue, Hotmelt strapping is manufactured with hot glue technology. The polyester yarn strands are longitudinally bonded and covered with hot melt glue. Hotmelt strapping is used for light to medium duty applications. It is UV and humidity resistant, but sensitive to high or low air temperature. At low temperatures below 0°C the strap freezes, becomes stiffer and loses the elasticity, but all other features are not affected and once strapped, your merchandise can be stored outdoors at low temperatures without any restrictions. Due to its physical characteristics (hot melt glue), at high temperatures Hotmelt strapping becomes softer and could slip in the buckle under some circumstances (movement of strapped merchandise). Therefore, in this case for outdoors applications in warm regions with air temperatures much above 30°C

Woven strapping is produced in cross webbing technology. It is UV resistant, not sensitive to deep temperatures and can withstand high temperature up to 150°C. Due to these characteristics, it can be used outdoors without limits as well as, for example, in lumber drying chamber and it offers many other versatile solutions for special heavy duty applications in metal, lumber, automotive, steel industry etc. Standard strapping is white, produced in range from 5mm to 38mm and breaking strength from 120kg to 3000kg. All woven products can be printed and fully coloured. We are very proud to be first manufacturer worldwide that found a solution to deliver Woven strapping in bags, which was reserved in the past only to lashing strapping. Our both Germanischer Lloyd certified 32mm Woven strapping in bags – 2000kg and 2300kg – are an excellent and more economical replacement for lashing in many different applications.

In our own laboratory equipped with Instron tensile machine, all products are regularly tested during production process. We use ASTM (American Standard for Testing Materials) test methods, which includes breaking strength test, elongation test and joint breaking strength test (in combination with a buckle). Besides testing of finished products, all raw material is tested. We are also proud to announce that since 2016 two most common WOVEN strapping – 32mm with BS 2000kg and 2300kg are type approved by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). Belt conveyors(also sometimes called conveyor belts) are widely used in industry (as part of various production lines), logistics (equipment for warehouses and sorting plants), construction, trade, etc. Belt conveyors are designed for horizontal transport of various bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, wood dust, wood chips etc. They are used as devices for loading and unloading silos (just like other types of our conveyors such as chain conveyors). Depending on the requirements and purpose, belt conveyors could work with capacities from 25 m3/h to 250 m3/h. Belt conveyors consist of drive section, tension section and intermediate sections. The number of intermediate sections depends on its length. Conveyors are equipped with multi-layer conveyor belt, driven by drive section and moving on rollers. Conveyor housing is made of structural steel with Magnelis® coating. Width of conveyor depends on required capacity.

People's platforms are designed to enable safe boarding or alighting on or off the conveyor belt while transporting people by belt conveyors. The platforms are adapted to be installed on belt conveyors of any parameters. Additionally, with the platforms, a structure is used to install limit switches, sensors and elements of electrical equipment necessary to maintain safety.
