Tykkelse av sveisede materialer: Butt sveiser er implementert for stål med en tykkelse på 3 - 24 mm Filesveiser er implementert for stål> 3 mm tykk Sveisemetoden er MAG - 135, dvs. heldekkende sveising. Vi sveiser også rustfritt stål med TIG-metoden. Vi har et 3834-2 sertifikat

Base Group specializes in manufacturing of metal constructions for various industries. Our main competency is manual and automated welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Quality of metal constructions’ manufacturing is assured by complying with widely recognised international standards for welding processes – ISO 3834-2.

One of the projects for our client from the biopharmaceutical industry is a construction designed for processing, storing and transporting a large amount of biopharmaceutical solutions. A typical application of the construction is to process samples for their combination or sterile storage of waste. We carry out projects of various sizes. Manufactured constructions range from 50 up to 1,000 liters.

We produce constructions for marine, e.g. various systems, machines or tanks. We manufacturing according to international standards for welding processes (ISO 3834-2). Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements. The range of our products comprises both steel elements made to order of black and stainless steel and aluminium. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard.

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Since we have implemented the electronic system for management of the welding process, the following have been completed with its support: – heat exchangers, – flanges for high voltage line insulators, – supporting structures for high voltage insulators, – frames for fans of engine cooling systems, – foundations for marine engines, – refrigerating container for locomotives, – tanks

This is a 4th generation laser welder and is characterized primarily by: - many times increased welding speed - excellent aesthetics of welds, requiring no further processing - no thermal deformation - deep penetration, guaranteeing the strength of the weld - excellent quality and precision of welds - working with a wide range of materials and thicknesses - joining of various materials

Our company specializes in a wide range of welding services, with an emphasis on high quality welding welds. We use modern technologies that guarantee excellent results. We carry out welding of a variety of materials, including carbon/structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our production facility meets stringent quality standards, such as PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 and PN-EN 1090-2:2018-09. We have implemented modern welding technology for group 1.1 and 1.2 carbon steels in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1:2017-08. Our skills include working with steels such as S355J2 and steels with lower yield strengths, especially for material thicknesses above 3 mm for fillet welds (3-23 for butt welds), welded using the MAG-135 method. We provide professional execution of any steel welding service.

In our production plant, we have implemented the technology of welding carbon steels from material groups 1.1 and 1.2. These are S355 J2 steels and steels with lower yield strengths. Range of thickness of welded materials: Butt welds are implemented for steel with a thickness of 3 - 24 mm Fillet welds are implemented for steel> 3 mm thick The welding method is MAG - 135, i.e. solid wire welding.We also weld stainless steel using the TIG method. We have ISO 3834-2 and ISO EN 1090 certificate. We weld steel elements and light steel structures, also in serial quantities.

Our company meets the quality requirements of PN-EN 1090-1 standard for welding metal materials and has a quality management certificate in ISO 3834-2 welding Our welders are authorized to weld using methods such as: MAG 135 - welding metal electrode in active gas shield MAG 136 - arc welding in the active gas shield powder wire MAG 138 - welding with consumable electrode in the shield of active gas powder wire with metal core SAW 121 - submerged arc welding
