We have been manufacturing stainless steel machines and feeders constructions for food industry. The stainless steel structures are welded of different sizes and weight. Stainless steel feeders and mixers are among our currently manufactured products. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for food industry, which are customized to our customers’ individual needs and in accordance with the standards ISO-3834-2 and others international standards.

Simple ceiling construction – applicable in rooms of maximal width of 4 meters and maximal area op to 16m2. For bigger areas, two-layered construction should be applied. Partition walls made with the application of CW and UW profiles are so-called light steel framing constructions. Top hat profiles are used for direct assembly of plasterboards: - when making ceiling or wall coverings with a small mounting height or width - used in places requiring a minimal thickness of the lining - the possibility of direct assembly to concrete walls, wooden ceilings

We provide professional laser welding services using a world-class FANUCI 4.0 PRO GenX handheld laser welding machine! This is a 4th generation laser welder and is characterized primarily by: - many times increased welding speed - excellent aesthetics of welds, requiring no further processing - no thermal deformation - deep penetration, guaranteeing the strength of the weld - excellent quality and precision of welds - working with a wide range of materials and thicknesses - joining of various materials

As one of our services we offer the finishing of edges in accordance with specific requirements and specifications. We prepare edges for further operations such as welding, painting, assembly or simply for their aesthetics.

Stainless steel

Round spiral ducts are available in diameters from 80 mm to 1600 mm. The ducts are available as made of 0.4 mm to 1.8 mm thick metal sheet; the ducts in diameters of DN 160 mm or greater are also available with corrugation for improved stiffness and vacuum strength. The corrugations are available as a standard feature for diameters of DN 250 mm to DN 1600 mm. All spiral ducts made from galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminium sheet meet requirements of air tightness class D according to EN 12237.

We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

We manufacture steel or aluminium tanks and vats for wide range of industry. We provide tanks and vats according to customer drawings. Our production and welding services are in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and other certificates we own: EN 1090, EN 15085, DNV-OS-C401, 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. WE can produce wide range tanks and vats according to yours drawings. At clients’ request Base Group can produce: Water Heater Tanks, Water Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers Tanks, Stainless Steel Process Tanks, Expansion Tanks, Heating/Cooling Package Units, Food Industry Tanks, Chemical Industry Tanks.

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Constructions for food industry are tanks that are used in recycling of PET waste.

Steel frames are part of our production for maritime industry companies and others industries. Metal frames and housings are used in the systems of ballast water treatment plants. We manufacture frame of stainless, aluminum or black steel. All frames are manufactured in accordance with the international standards and customers’ requirements.
