För t-shirttillverkning använder vi OEKO-TEX eller GOTS-certifierade tyger med olika vikter -140, 160, 180, 210, 240, 300 GSM eller enligt kundens önskemål. Vi erbjuder dig olika sammansättningar av tyger: 100% bomull, 95% bomull / 5% elastan, bomull/polyesterblandning, 100% viskos, lyocell, tencel med elastanblandning, 100% bambu eller bambu/elastanblandning, Tyger i 100 % merinoull eller merinoblandningar. Våra tyger har förstklassig slät ytfinish genom enzymsilikontvätt. T-shirts är helt tillverkade i Polen (Europa): från tyger, etiketter och accessoarer till tryck och broderier. In crewnecks by our production, you will feel wonderful. The crewneck’s fabric is soft, cozy, and pleasant to the skin. The sleeves and bottom are finished by 2x2 RIB (ribbed) stretchy fabric. Streetwear clothes are available in different basic colors and customized colors at the customer's request as well. Sweatshirts can be made of light, standard, or heavy-weight fabric. For crewneck manufacturing, we use OEKO-TEX certificated fabrics of different weights –from 240 to 460 GSM or under customers' request. Sweatshirts fabric is french terry or fabric brushed inside. Fabrics composition: 100% cotton, merino wool or polyester blend. Our fabrics have premium smooth surface finishing by enzyme silicon wash. Men's streetwear clothing we are 100% made in Poland.

Additionally to make top-quality clothes we are using different qualities of decorations: silkscreen prints, embroideries, applications. For waistband – different thickness strings – flat or round with metal or plastic ends. We have a possibility to make customized woven and leather labels with clients Brand names; Our MANTONI team of fashion and graphic designers will help you to prepare the most complicated designs and will find the best solutions for your ideas of clothes. We design and manufacture nice quality fashion sweaters, pullovers, cardigans. We use 100% cotton, cotton and cashmiere blended, merino wool, labm wool yarns to make customized sweaters.
