Our services include water sheet metal cutting. The parts we cut comply with the EN 1090 standard, and therefore with the CE mark. We use the waterjet cutting method for various types of parts whose dimensions do not exceed 2000 x 4000 m and whose thickness is up to 200 mm. We cut with a stream of water with an admixture of abrasive at a pressure of 60,000 PSI, without introducing heat into the material, so we can cut in addition to steel materials: - stone - marble - plastic - rubber - glass The WaterJet method, or waterjet sheet metal cutting, involves the use of a jet of water at very high pressure - often supplemented by the addition of an abrasive. The jet is directed at the surface to be processed, which makes it possible to cut a shape in it with the desired dimensions. Modern WaterJet technology is an attractive alternative to plasma or laser cutting.

We use plasma to cut sheet metal. We have state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to precisely process materials such as carbon/structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and aluminum, among others. Our machine allows us to cut parts that fall within the dimensions: 6000 x 2000 mm in length, max thickness 40 mm. During the plasma cutting process, melting of the material takes place. It is then ejected from the slot by a highly concentrated plasma arc with high kinetic energy. The plasma method can be used to cut large-size parts. Like laser cutting, it provides high precision. GLOBAL EVO is one of the newest CMMs, which is characterized by high precision and accuracy. It is intended for measurements of details, in which the complexity of shapes makes manual control devices such as micrometers, altimeters, calipers impossible. It also replaces those gauges whose specifications contain very narrow tolerance fields. Measurement with an accuracy of 0.004 mm allows you to maintain stringent quality standards recognized by the largest automotive concerns in the world. CMM machines from the GLOBAL series also have large dimensions of the work table, thanks to which we can measure parts of larger dimensions. It should also be mentioned the increased efficiency thanks to which the measuring time can be reduced by up to 20% compared to other CMMs.
