Our last realisation - transport platforms. Such constructions, manufactured from scratch in our factory, will be used for transport by sea a 470 ton generator. They were manufactured according to the General Electric Power specification. Before they reach the customer, they will be protected against corrosion.

Our company meets the quality requirements of PN-EN 1090-1 standard for welding metal materials and has a quality management certificate in ISO 3834-2 welding Our welders are authorized to weld using methods such as: MAG 135 - welding metal electrode in active gas shield MAG 136 - arc welding in the active gas shield powder wire MAG 138 - welding with consumable electrode in the shield of active gas powder wire with metal core SAW 121 - submerged arc welding

In our production plant, we have implemented the technology of welding carbon steels from material groups 1.1 and 1.2. These are S355 J2 steels and steels with lower yield strengths. Range of thickness of welded materials: Butt welds are implemented for steel with a thickness of 3 - 24 mm Fillet welds are implemented for steel> 3 mm thick The welding method is MAG - 135, i.e. solid wire welding.We also weld stainless steel using the TIG method. We have ISO 3834-2 and ISO EN 1090 certificate. We weld steel elements and light steel structures, also in serial quantities.

We have been manufacturing stainless steel machines and feeders constructions for food industry. The stainless steel structures are welded of different sizes and weight. Stainless steel feeders and mixers are among our currently manufactured products. We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

Simple ceiling construction – applicable in rooms of maximal width of 4 meters and maximal area op to 16m2. For bigger areas, two-layered construction should be applied. Partition walls made with the application of CW and UW profiles are so-called light steel framing constructions. Top hat profiles are used for direct assembly of plasterboards: - when making ceiling or wall coverings with a small mounting height or width - used in places requiring a minimal thickness of the lining - the possibility of direct assembly to concrete walls, wooden ceilings

Mounting steel profile system is an important part of developing and constructing the process of each photovoltaic system. Universal slot pattern helps to apply appropriate steel profile and swift mounting of the whole system. As a result of using high resistance materials during the production process, mounting profiles offered by MFO have high stiffness and moreover, they have appropriate anti-rust zinc protection based on hot-dip galvanized process (according to norm PN-EN ISO 1461:2011).
