Dr. Paul Lohmann® offers Trisodium Citrate 2-hydrate as powder, fine powder, crystals, fine crystals in food/pharma/chem. pure grade as well as for food supplements. For pharmaceutical applications, it is administered as an acidity regulator or for regional inhibition of blood clotting. For food applications, it is used as acid regulator. For industrial applications, it is used as a construction chemical retarder in gypsum and in binders containing Portland cement. This includes the adaptation of chemical and physical parameters such as bulk density, wettability, particle size, purity or pH-value.
