DEWALT’s lead design engineer for drills was tasked with designing a high power right angle drill that is lightweight, compact, and portable. The goal with the design was to maximize performance while minimizing the size of the tool. The design would incorporate a mechanical clutch built to limit maximum torque output to 70 ft-lbs. Absent the clutch, with the huge gear reduction of 75:1, the drill would be capable of producing a lock rotor torque at the spindle of 175 ft-lbs, transmitted directly to the operator of the tool. It was determined early on that the clutching thrust required in the space available could only be achieved by a Disc Spring design. Compared to conventional coil springs, Disc Springs offer a higher load capacity in less space. Additionally, longevity and reliability is a high measure of quality for professional tools used on a daily basis. The life and performance warranty of the tool was reliant on the Disc Spring design. The sample drill for stalk material is a sampler especially for hay, silage, straw, herbs, bushes or other stalky plant dry material where other drills quickly get tangled. The special geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and quickly into different stalky materials. The hay and silage sample drill takes samples quickly, cleanly and easily from a silo or bale. Sampling with mechanical assistance from a drill or powerful cordless screwdriver allows the sample to be taken effortlessly with little manual effort. The sample drill can be used flexibly both horizontally (sampling from the side) and vertically (sampling from above). The robust and durable tube drill is completely made of stainless steel 1.4404/1.4034 (316L/420) or aluminium/stainless steel 1.4034 (420). The MOTOSHTORM bit is designed for easy ice drilling with a motor engine in any weather conditions. Due to the exact attack angle of blades, drilling is extremely fast. Reliable polymer coating withstands temperature fluctuations and heavy mechanical loads. Polymer powder coating is applied using European hightech equipment. The bit can be attached to a screwdriver or a motor engine. To connect the bit to the motordrill shaft, you must use a screw, a washer, and a nut, which are installed using the keys included in the kit. When attaching the bit to a screwdriver, an adapter (sold separately) and a wing screw (included) are required. If the ice is more than one meter thick, then an extension (sold separately) must be installed on the bit, which will increase the drilling depth by 2540 cm.

Iceberg is a seamless bit with classical clockwise rotation, which can be attached to a screwdriver, a motor engine, or a handle and is designed for easy ice drilling. The upper part of the bit has a “warm” antislip casing for its comfortable transportation. The removable head is made of durable composite material that withstands great loads and guarantees a constant cutting angle of the blades. Highquality steel semicircular blades are suitable for all types of ice and provide easy drilling. It is recommended to apply ICEBERG 130R blades for Wet Ice to avoid slippage while drilling when using ICEBERG bits with a screwdriver, a motor, or an engine. To connect the drill to a powerengine shaft, a wing screw is used (included in the kit). The engine can be attached either directly to the bit or through an extension. An adapter is required to attach the bit to the screwdriver. To increase the drilling depth, it is possible to add a telescopic extension.

The Gebuwin battery drill powered worm gear winch has a robust build. This winch provides an effective solution for locations without electricity, as well in situations where hoisting of a load is needed for a limited distance. The winch has a flexible coupling for connecting a battery drilling machine or an electric drilling machine. The hoisting capacity of the winch is 200kg which is calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. The closed worm gear box has a transmission with a self braking capacity. This self braking capacity ensures a hold of the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. All rotating parts run in maintenance free bearings. The winch can be wall mounted or console mounted; it is available in grey/black paint.
