Metal sheets of various types and thicknesses are produced quickly and at low cost by making millimetric calculations on computer-controlled machines. Thanks to the pressure force that can be applied from 35 tons to 640 tons with press brake bending machines, materials up to 6000 mm in length and up to 20 mm in thickness can be processed.

In addition to wheels and castors, Blickle’s extensive catalogue also includes tyres and press-on bands. The press-on bands are manufactured using Blickle’s own Blickle Besthane® or Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane treads. They are also available with super-elastic solid rubber tyres or an elastic solid rubber tread. Tyres use a steel-wire reinforced rubber core to connect to the rim, while press-on bands are fitted with either a steel insert or a steel band.

It is used in splitting (cutting/ slicing) the sandwich and hamburger breads before packaging. Circular blade is used, this blade is easy to remove and install. 304 Cr-Ni is manufactured on the surfaces that the product touches. The bands used are suitable for food. Product feeding is done manually. There are three adjustment arms; First Setting Arm It is top pressing setting. The top band is adjusted according to the thickness of the bread to be split and the bread is prevented from flying during cutting.
