Description In digital high speed printing, paper loses moisture during drying. The moisture loss leads to considerable quality and efficiency issues. Electrostatic remoistening increases the water content in the paper after drying, returning to the level required and thus improves quality and productivity throughout the entire process chain. The contactless remoistening system DIGIMOISTER 1500 can be installed in any new or existing digital high speed press. The pre-charging and the two-substance nozzle technology are patent protected. In the past, Eltex Remoistening systems have guaranteed high quality printed products mainly on fastrunning and wide machines. The WEBMOISTER 3000 ensures high-quality products in all heatset web offset machines. Using a new nozzle concept, both lighter and heavier grammages can be remoistened at all web speeds with ultimate precision and homogeneity. The new pneumatic atomizing nozzles are capable of applying smallest water quantities without developing waste water. The modular structure of the nozzle bar allows the WEBMOISTER 3000 to remoisten paper webs in widths of as much as 3 meters. In heatset web offset printing, paper loses moisture during drying. It has a working area of 1000mm long, which allows several operators to load the pieces to be thermoadhesive. Such area consists of a work surface and a belt section that easily receives the pieces to be loaded into the machine. The transport system consists of a lower belt and an upper belt, made of fiberglass with antistatic treatment, Teflon coated. Compensating rollers guide the belt, excluding the formation of folds and corrugations. The 910mm long heating surface is made up of a series of 6 laminated profiles that form curved panels. The pressure system can be single or double. The scraper bars in Teflon graphite allow the total detachment of the outgoing pieces, finally the cooling station ensures that the pieces may be unloaded by hand or automatically cool down in such a way as not to leave marks.

The new automatic touch screen unloader can be made in a 1,2,3,4 lane version. Depending on the parts to be bonded, the tracks are tailor-made at the customer's request in terms of width and length. The high resolution photocells are able to read any fabric in any light condition. The machine is operated via by a touch screen panel. The unloader tracks can work in combination or independently. Another great advantage, in addition to the total elimination of unloading operators, is the operation of the only electric discharger system.

The loader is a large loading station for large items or to accommodate multiple operators without mutual interference, away from heat sources to maximize the use of the machine. It is available in 1,2,3,4 belts with variable widths and lengths according to the customer's needs. The tracks can be stopped individually to facilitate the loading of the material to be bonded and to avoid subsequent handling.

We offer direct to disc printing. We print on CD/DVD/BD discs. Depending on quantity and artwork , we can use digital UV printer, litho offset (CMYK) or silkscreen machine that prints with pantone colors. Printed CDs or DVDs we can duplicate and pack in CD/DVD packaging that we also manufacture. For higher runs we recommend CD/DVD replication (presing) and litho offset print or slikscreen on CDs/DVDs.
