Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

The CN-8033 EtherCAT I/O module supports standard EtherCAT protocol access. The adapter supports a Max. input of 1024 bytes and a Max. output of 1024 bytes. It supports 32 pcs of extended IO modules. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is a general-purpose control device that automatically controls machinery, facilities and assembly lines by user defined programs. It also has a variety of communication functions for sequence, motion and process control.

OCS-I/O is a modular I/O system for OCS offering a fieldbus network (CsCAN) from the CNX116 base. It is a flexible I/O system that can be applied as a local expansion I/O or as remote I/O distributed over hundreds of meters. The CNX116 Base contains the network connection and a small amount of additional I/O. Further I/O can be added from a range of additional modules allowing up to 7 modules per base and 16 Bases per network.

Our range of RCC no-screen controllers combine control, I/O, and networking into a single, integrated package, ideal for applications where a screenless controller is the best fit. The RCC controllers are equipped with a range of digital and analog inputs and outputs – providing users with superior I/O options.

The Horner App is our first automation app to give customers the ability to access all WebOCS enabled controllers with their iOS or Android phone or tablet. You will be able to organise WebMI access and visualisation, and FTP files in and out of your Horner devices, using the file integration of your phone or tablet. With Horner WebMI, you can monitor and control plant data from the palm of your hand by accessing Web Pages that are published directly from the OCS Controller. WebMI allows OCS Application Screens and Data to be created as Webpages, these can be interacted with or you can create different pages using the same data.
