Designed to cater to the specific needs of production facilities, the Palletizer for Pallets with Finished Products offers a versatile and efficient solution for the palletizing and depalletizing of both full and empty packages. Capable of handling any type of packaging, including round, rectangular, oval, and glass, this system is adaptable to various production levels, ensuring a seamless fit for any operation scale. It features multiple levels of automation that manage the entry and exit of pallets, the construction and evacuation of layers in the palletizer/depalletizer, the placement of dividers, and the uplifting and downlifting of pallets. This flexibility allows for the optimization of production processes and a reduction in operational costs by enabling multiple production lines to be fed with just one palletizer. The standard pallet label is used for the most commonly used 1200x800mm pallet size. Unlike EUR pallets, whose production parameters are specified in detail, standard pallets may vary in height, load and construction. These pallets are suitable for customers who do not need EUR pallet or do not require loads such as EUR palettes. Last but not least, these pallets are suitable for buyers who save their goods and products on these pallets and the pallet does not return them. The approximate load capacity of these pallets is approximately 800 kg.

The EUR pallets are 1200x800mm and are currently the most widely used type of interchangeable pallets in Europe. The dimensions are based on the international standard module of the 400x600mm packing unit. EUR pallets can only be manufactured by certified manufacturers and must be identified by the manufacturer’s numeric code. The production of EUR pallets is subject to stringent standards, so the palette marked with an EUR sign on the side of the pallet is a guarantee of undeniable quality. The EUR palette carries these characters, the EUR mark on the right side (block), UIC – the sign of the railway undertaking approving the railway transport on the left side (block) and the middle block with the manufacturer’s code number, the IPPC tag and the pallet manufacturer or pallet repair. From 1 January 2010, all new EUR pallets must be heat treated and labeled according to ISPM 15 international phytosanitary treatment.

Our offer includes paper filler for packages in the form of a coreless roll perfect as a protection packaging for e-commerce boxes. It is a ecological, packaging paper filler in a natural, gray color which is made of recycled materials. Paper with a weight of 80g. This box filler is very easy to use, it precisely fills the space of the box and protects the products from damage during transport. It can also be used as a spacer between layers of products on a pallet or as a wrapping paper.

Our offer is completed by square timber. It varies based on its length and section, however the range for square timber length is generally standardised (from 10 to 30 cm). Simple, raw wooden elements are subjected to basic processing operations (planing) and therefore are characterised by their smooth surface without burrs. Square timber, in other words beams, may successfully undergo further treatment, e.g. by applying of wood stain, varnishing or sanding. Thus, square timber is not only used as a material in construction sector but also in other industries.The square timber that we propose isproduced from coniferous wood which has optimum hardness and at the same timedoes not present difficulties in processing.Square timber is ideal as a structural elementfor wooden pallet production.
