We accompany you with our design and development from the idea to series production! We process all common thermoplastics for you. Besides polyurethane, these are mainly: PE (polyethylene), PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE as well as glass fiber reinforced plastics. Advantages of the injection molding process are low unit costs with high batch sizes. Before an injection mold is ordered, we build view samples for you as laser-sintered elements or by means of 3D printing. In this way, the desired part can already be viewed without having to spend a lot of money. Our machines inject molded parts from 5 to 6000 grams.

As a state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding company, we guarantee the highest standards of quality. The thermoplastic granules, with a diameter of 2 to 3 mm, are carefully sucked into a hopper and then heated to high temperature. The molten, malleable material is then injected into the mould, selected according to your specifications. Our high-precision injection moulding machines apply high pressure to allow the plastic to spread evenly in the mould, giving it its final shape. In just a few seconds, the part cools and solidifies, ready to be ejected into a recovery bin. Clotho ABS is a durable, composite, glass-fiber (13%) material that is heat resistant up to 100 °C. It was created to embody complex ideas even on simple personal printers. It is perfect for printing structural elements, functional parts, home products and car tuning. The material has an excellent surface of finished products without visible layers, minimal shrinkage and warpage, high printing accuracy, good adhesion to adhesive agents for ABS, easy post-processing, high modulus of elasticity.
