OSKAR S M-800 is especially formulated for mouldings with high exoterm temperature or preheated moulds in polyester, epoxy, aluminium or nickel. lt contains a mixture of high quality synthetic waxes and lubricants, to provide an outstanding heat resistant mould protection and easy release of finished parts.

fluid 020 is silicone- and solvent-free release agent. It can be used for all types of plastics (even TPEs) and all kinds of processing. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 020 is 180°C.

fluid 040 is an NSF- M1 registred, silicone- and solvent-free, release agent. The M1 classification is the highest approval by NSF for release agents, similar to H1 for lubricants and anti-corrosives. fluid 040 can be used for all types of thermoplastic and thermoset casting resins, but especially for plastics which are sensitive to tension cracks. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 040 is 170°C.

FT- 300 is a silicone-free dry release agent based on PTFE. It can be used for all types of plastics an all kinds of processing (even sintering). The maximum operating temperature of FT- 300 is 230°C.
