We provide professional powder coating services to achieve a smooth and pleasant finish on your products. The powder coating process ensures efficient and longlasting surface coverage and costs are considerably optimized. The Profinox team recommends the use of powder coating if you want the surface of your product to have a different look from the one obtained through stainless steel sandblasting or mechanical finishing. You can choose powder coating both for a normal stainless steel painting process, and for elements obtained by laser cutting. The powder coating service performed by Profinox provides you with a highperformance and efficient technique. The process is carried out using a fine powder (a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer) which is sprayed on and adheres electrostatically to the substrate. After the powder has been evenly distributed, the final step is to fix the paint.

Industry-standard grade for engineered flooring production. Features WBP glue, tight thickness tolerance, optimum moisture level and packaging, retaining the original moisture content of each panel. It allows the parquet producer to minimize production costs and provides stability to the engineered construction.

Birch plywood overlaid with a phenol (dark brown) or an UV resistant (grey) film on both faces. The wear face has a special surface pattern (WT). The reverse face usually is smooth (F).

Antislip plywood is made of birch plywood covered with a layer of waterproof phenolic film. The wear side has a rough wire mesh pattern the reverse side is smooth (standard). The edges of plywood are sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) to prevent it from water penetration. The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti – slip properties. The standard colour of phenol film is brown.
