Room modules - Import export

Our newly developed modular mould kit offers the perfect solution also for smaller projects. One of the unique features of the new concept is the patent-pending shrinking mechanism, whereby the module is lifted while the inner core is shrunk at the same time. The mould was also deliberately designed to be modular. The core and exterior panels consist of various standardised components that can be easily swapped out and adapted to other room dimensions. This means the mould can be used efficiently even if the production volume of a room is small.

Visionary concepts come true with upcrete® modular moulds – even complex concrete structures can be produced with smooth surfaces on all sides. The room module mould with “flying” shrinking core was the fi rst room cell mould developed in Hockenheim and was used for a modular housing project for a Peruvian customer. This mould variant is based on the upcrete® technology, in which self-compacting concrete is pumped from below into a closed mould. This process allows the concrete to optimally distribute within the mould and yields smooth surfaces on all sides, as well as precise edges and recesses. Another advantage is that the structure can be produced in its fi nal installation position, which means that subsequent turning is no longer required.

We sent prefabricated accommodation containers to different countries in Africa like Cameroon, Ghana, Congo, Gabon, Benin, Madagascar, Mauritius, Ivory Coast, Senegal etc. The shipping of our prefab office containers has been done by maritime containers. The shipped portable accommodation containers are made of highly galvanized steel sheets and have a high resistance structure which gives a long life to our worksite modules. The assemble of prefabricated buildings for accommodation container is an easy way to create ideal spaces such as prefabricated meeting rooms, modular dining halls or prefabricated canteens. The cabin accommodations and the modular containers can be designed and produced with different configurations such as standard dormitory containers, prefabricated accommodation with double room, modular meeting rooms, office modules for worksite, shower containers, prefabricated dormitories, WC containers, etc.

Different size and configuration of locker room containers are avaliable on Module-T production cycle. Customer have choice on our example standard configurations and also customized design for special projects. The locker rooms are include sanitary facilities wc, shower , dressing cabinets etc. according to customer needs. Locker containers can be the usable solution for site camps to provide workers dressing area. It also can be included steel lockers and benchs inside of the containers. Depends on your project, this locker facilities will be placed on schools, gymnasiums, sport areas... Module-T have worldwide projects and transport different sizes of modular containers all around the world.

All OEG cabins are designed to optimise work-space efficiency, meet environmental and acoustic requirements, and house our customers’ personnel or specialist equipment in complete safety. We manufacture all our cabins to the highest industry standards (EN12079, DNV 2.7-1, DNV 2.7-2, DNV 2.7-3, BS EN 60079 and ATEX), including compliance with SOLAS/IMO regulatory requirements for A60 fire protection as standard. State-of-the-art safety monitoring systems are incorporated, including an integrated fire and gas, pressurisation and emergency shutdown system suitable for Zone 1 applications. Our experienced discipline technicians can integrate data communication networks, fire suppression, air conditioning and other systems to ensure rapid mobilisation and easy hook-up.
