Round slings - Import export

The round slings comply with DIN EN 14922. They are made of highstrength endless polyester fibre cords. These polyester fibre cords are protected by a sturdy and seamlessly woven polyester sleeve. This sleeve surface is also impregnated with polyurethane to make it abrasionproof. The working load limit (WLL) and the cord tonnage (tonne capacity per cord) are either woven into or printed on the protective sleeve of the sling. The safety label with the CE mark and technical data is firmly sewn onto the sling. The colour of the round sling corresponds to the colour code scheme for load capacities of textile type slings. These round slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. These round slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive.

Round sling hooks for quick suspension of textile lifting equipment such as hoist belts or round slings. The round sling hook is fitted with a robust, forged safety latch. All edges are rounded to protect the textile slings. The colour of the round sling hook corresponds to the colour code assigned to textile lifting equipment that signifies the permissible loads. The round sling hooks correspond to the Machinery Directive and are BG certified (H stamp). For particularly heavy loads, normal secutex protective sleeves can only be used for larger edge radii because the heavyload round slings under load are up to 80 mm thick. According to the technical definition, this creates a “sharp edge“. Both the loadbearing round slings as well as the protective sleeve will be destroyed by the forces which occur here. The secuwave edge protector increases the load’s edge radius. The wave profile helps the edge protector adapt to the load. The castin perforated plate then permanently keeps the shape. The additional secutex protective sleeve reliably prevents the edge protector from moving through the heavyload round sling. Possible applications bridge elements, machinery, gear segments etc.

The secutex protective sleeve is optimally coordinated from a technical standpoint for the spanset lashing belt programme or the spanset round slings. The contact side is coated with secutex. It is extremely resistant and minimizes the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. The secutex protective sleeve with singlesided coating can be easily pushed over lifting equipment and protects against damage caused by “sharp edges” and the rough edges of the lifting equipment and the load at the same time.

The secutex clip [SC] can be quickly mounted thanks to mounting slots on the backside. On a case to case basis, it is preferably used in places where round slings or protective sleeves are required. Important The clip [SC] offers simple handling and quick setup times. The secutex protective layer can be placed softly and flexibly on the load, increasing the radius on critical edges. Leverage force can be extensively distributed and the load remains undamaged.
