Our Thermoforming systems are comprised of tray forming, automatic weighing - dosing of liquid/granule / powder filling, product vibration, film sealing, cutting and labeling sections within a single processing and packaging line. Product collection and sorting are also combined to the system. perFORMA300 series are able to work with all kinds of the top and bottom webs. Depending on the requested packaging structure, perFORMA300 series are capable of both MAP and Vacuum packaging applications. Double- acting form or homogeneous piston form units can be fitted to the production line.

Splittable plastic and metal versions seal preassembled cables The splittable flange variants UNI Flange in plastic and UNI Flange HD (Heavy Duty) in metal have been well-designed by PFLITSCH as product solutions for use in harsh industrial environments to provide reliable cable entries for preassembled cables. A two-part frame manufactured from high-quality grey or black PA plastic or die-cast zinc can be inserted into standard 112 mm x 36 mm sheet metal cut-outs for 24-pin rectangular heavy-duty plug-in connectors and provides the cable entries with a reliable seal. For preassembled cables and simple maintenance PFLITSCH brought the first completely splittable plastic single cable gland to the market in the form of the UNI Split Gland. This product allows preassembled cable to be fed through a hole or the replacement of old or defective cable glands, without having to interfere with the existing cable installation or switch off the affected machine. Manufacture of bespoke “O” rings specialising in silicones and fluorosilicones. Made from extruded sections cut to length and the two ends joined by vulcanisation to ensure a durable bond and maintaining the integrity of the seal. Sections and materials available are sponge, hollow tube, solid, D shape, rectangular etc. Rectangular picture frame gaskets with mitred corners can also be made in this way.
