Tube and section laser cutting provides many advantages such as new design opportunities, declining manufacturing steps or easier welding methods from machinery to furniture sector. Thanks to Trumpf TruTube 3000 Fiber that we have included in our machiner in 2021. we can process tubes and sections up to 170 mm diameter or side dimensions. Laser cutting of tubes and sections, used in a wide range from the machinery industry to the furniture industry, offers you new pipe and profile construction possibilities that cannot be realized with traditional methods in pipe and profile construction. All kinds of contours and shapes that cannot be made with traditional methods are achieved with laser with low tolerances and at the same time saving time. In addition to the ease of processing, you can also simplify further manufacturing steps with the created contours. For example, with the positioning aids obtained by creating male and female contours on opposite sides

On request, we supply ball caster rails / ball transfer units rails adapted to your individual requirements. We usually use rectangular section tubes with 2-4mm thick walls. The tubes are galvanised in the standard procedure, but can also be supplied with powder-coated surfaces in different RAL colours. Ball caster spacing patterns can be carried out in accordance with the collar size of the ball casters used. We supply profile lengths of up to maximum 6,000 mm. The technology of laser cutting pipes and profiles has two main advantages compared to traditional processing methods: - tube cutting allows for a significant reduction in the costs of preparing sections for further production; - laser tube cutting services allow the use of many new construction and technological solutions. Our 3D laser profile cutting and 3D welding systems are ideal for machining 2D and 3D components or tubes. The ability to flexibly switch between cutting, welding and laser cladding allows for maximum production efficiency, and the dynamic, optical cutting system significantly reduces processing time. An additional advantage of industrial laser cutting for serial production is the possibility of working in a rotational mode – during the operation of the machine, it is possible to unload and load new elements for processing.

WARP 100 is an inline pipe measuring system for wall thickness and diameter measurement at up to 38 measuring points and 19 axes. More than 1100 measurements per second guarantee a gapless measurement. This is particularly important for pipes with high quality requirements, such as pressure or gas pipes. The maximum line speed for 100% coverage is up to 11.8 m/min. WARP 100 is available in three sizes and can be used for measurement in the diameter range from 25 to 630 mm. Measured variables such as wall thickness, diameter, ovality, eccentricity as well as process conditions (e.g. sagging) are precisely recorded, documented, and further used for automatic process control.
