Mecanic Systems, wishing to supply semi-finished and finished items, has equipped itself with several digitally controlled multi-purpose hydraulic bending machines (stamp + V). These guarantee the production of a vast range of items with a maximum length of 3,000mm. The tolerance for these operations is +/- 0.1mm per bend. Unfortunately, we cannot coil with this type of machine, but we can achieve facet folding (small bends every 5 or 10mm to arrive at the required radius). A sketch or a drawing is all that is needed for a positive or negative reply to bending with our equipment. For special bending requirements, a tool could possibly be designed for you.

The process of three-dimensional curving of aluminium, stainless steel, brass or iron profiles is carried out in two steps: torsion and bending. This is a very complex process, which only a high-skilled staff, with a technological equipment, can carry out.

Punto Curvatura is capable, with special cylinders installed on the bending machines, to comply with the most complex curvature requirements for the realization of tensile structures used to cover circuses, military hangars, museums, exhibition stands, gazebos, stages and agricultural structures.

Together with the curving of single or double sunshade systems, Punto Curvatura is capable to twist them to meet the different architectural requirements.

The curve of the aluminum profile used for mobile walls is made with a sophisticated soft curving of the profile, which makes the curve with straight ends to the two sides of the extrusion. The service is performed by means of laser pointing installed on the bending machines.

The bending of aluminum profiles used in curtain wall systems is carried out with a patented system by filling with a special alloy. During this process, the cross section is not only calendered with millimetric precision, but it also meets all the perpendicular tolerances, avoiding any kind of deformity deflection or "twisted effect", thus maintaining the perfect geometry required.

Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable.
