These solutions are analysed, detailed, quantified and drafted. We produce all the mechanical and electrical work drawings and manufacturing documents, develop the automation software, etc. Our technical solutions are developed according to your requirements and technical standards, while prioritising a custom-made product that combines performance and reliability. The feasibility of the selected solutions is systematically reviewed with the manufacturing teams upstream of the production phases. Our custom made cardboard pallet box is often used for export and product shipments to customers. They are also used for internal processes within production companies. CUSTOM MADE Carton pallet boxes are available in many sizes, up to a length of 2400mm. Depending on the products inside and the desired load capacity, we choose the appropriate type of box and box construction together with you. LOAD CAPACITY Cardboard pallet boxes can have a load capacity of more than 1,000kg and with a special construction even up to 4,000kg. These pallet boxes can not only handle heavy loads but also offer solid benefits to manufacturers and distributors who need to transport and store products on a daily basis, regardless of their size, shape, or weight. The material they are made of – corrugated cardboard – makes cardboard boxes easy to recycle, reusable, and cost-effective for one-time use.

(Socked-Weld-Fittings) Straight from our warehouse We always have numerous versions of weld-in fittings (ANSI B 16.11) available in our extensive warehouse in Kamen. We can also supply you at short notice. We only deliver goods of European origin. 3 types of reducing inserts Insert reducers are available in three different types (see technical data sheet in the download area). Standards and special requests We supply weld-in fittings as standard in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply 9000 lbs and special materials if required. We can deliver to you at short notice at any time. We only deliver goods of European origin. Standards and special requests We supply socket weld outlets in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply special materials on request. Furthermore, socket weld outlets differentiate between reduced and full branches. Express service We can deliver socket weld outlets in stock to the customer within Germany the next day if the order is received by 11.00 a.m. Simply specify when ordering if you would like to use this express service.
