We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

Parametric design is a process based on algorithmic thinking that enables the expression of parameters and rules that, together, define, encode and clarify the relationship between design intent and design response. It allows us to create complex shapes which were not possible just a few years ago. Production of these designs are possible with traditional methods like injection moulding, or in most cases, with 3D printing. Parametric design can be used the create the overall visual look of the product, or a smaller part of it, for example a special surface area on the housing of a device.

As part of the product development process, we always keep in mind the manufacturer's point of view. Meaning that we design from the start to minimize the problems of production and keep the budget tight. With an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, we optimise the design for lowest production cost and lowest manufacturing risk. Regardless if you're planning to make just a few pieces, a few hundred, or thousands. We develop multiple visual solutions for the idea from "mild" to "wild", all of which are desirable to your customers and are manufacturable. Concept design can be presented as sketches, early prototypes (mock-ups) or 3D renderings. These sketches focus on the main features of the product, for example: - What is the overall visual impression of the product? - Where are the buttons and other features placed and what do they look like? - What materials and manufacturing processes are used to produce the product? - How many parts is it made of? - How are the internal parts arranged?

Developing physical products, from idea to manufacturing. Industrial design includes the visualisation of your idea, creating multiple style (appearance design) options, 3D design, CAD, rendering, prototyping, and making sure that the product is easily and efficiently manufacturable. We guide you through the product development process from start to finish and share our expertise to make sure your product launch will be a success. The average product takes 1-3 months to design, although it can be as short as a couple of days, or as long as years as well. The outcome can be a small series, where we use 3D printing and other methods to create less a few pieces for the product which can be used for testing or to make the first sales. With our 10+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing, we assist our clients to launch their idea with outstanding design. Process steps are essentially concept, development and implementation. In the conception phase, free associations and thoughts play the main role. essentially it is about approaches to problem-solving. different methods for finding ideas are used here. Well-known solutions and familiar processes are questioned, alternatives are considered. The development transfers the approaches to more or less concrete forms, the first geometries are created. flow e.g. ergonomic, technical and aesthetic parameters. Materials are considered, manufacturing processes are considered. In the implementation, the detailed processing of the draft takes place with the aim of conveying specifications to the manufacturers that are not technically feasible or economically viable. Hand sketches and 3D software are used. Visualizations can be created to get realistic ideas about the products. Drafts can be converted into models in our own model making workshop as well as with the 3D printer.
