Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored.

Each system is designed on a bespoke basis, but there are similarities in many applications which include vinyl roll and artificial turf roll storage racks providing a good basis from which to start the design process. As manufacturers utilising the very latest production equipment, we can meet all requirements on a cost effective basis to suit individual customers’ needs for all pallet racking solutions.

Our fleet is mainly focused on SOLO cars with DMC 7.50 T 12.00 T 18.00 T and BUSES with DMC 3.5 T with space for 12 EURO PALLETS We use the hydraulic lifts and pallet trucks to provide the Sender and Consignee with manual loading or unloading The uniqueness of our fleet are BUS type cars with dimensions 4.90 x 2.50 x 2.65 H | 32 m³ An internal width of 2.50 m and a height of 2.65 m provides assistance to our clients in the transport of crates of non-standard dimensions We make express parcels up to 1,500 kg * for customers from all over Europe The quote and receipt of a shipping order is usually 10-15 minutes, the appearance of a transport unit at the loading place is an average of 1 hour - that's how we work! Our heavy lift crane vehicle & lorry loader haulage fleet features front and rear mounted cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 9 Tonne/Metre to 205 Tonne/Metre. These vehicles all meet BS7121 Part 4 regulations. All our Crane Vehicle Operators are trained and certified, ensuring maximum safety when undertaking your lifting requirements. Our ALLMI (Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers) Certified Drivers are experienced and skilled to self-load and unload freight and machinery. This allow us to safely and efficiently undertake transport, haulage and lifting & positioning tasks without the need for hiring mobile cranes or fork trucks.

It is a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 that every lifting operation is carried out in a safe manner. This includes use of a responsible person to guide the crane using suitable means of communication, and to securely attach the load to the crane. We have now developed a 'Foundation Plus' course which is five days in duration. This will give candidates more practical training time to give greater preparation for the CPCS Practical Test, and to enhance post-course knowledge and skills. With effect from January 19th 2015 this category has been amended to add endorsements against a range of lifting equipment types to cover the increased use of slingers for a wider variety of lifting operations. The endorsements are: A – All Types – all duties B – All Types – static duties C – Knuckle boom static only D – Excavator only E – Lift truck only

In addition, due to our many years of activity in the parent company in the field of press delivery, we have an extensive network of flexible forwarding companies.
